09/4/2019 11:39 | Plat Hunter: Yes,the chart or the share is certainly dilly-dallying,seems indecisive etc, like someone dipping their toes in the water before taking the plunge. :-). | cinquepercento
09/4/2019 11:32 | Another contraction of your earlier post and at last picking up on some of my advice. POG not so relevant - moron confirmation and relative idiot index at all time high. | borisjohnsonshair
09/4/2019 11:23 | Boris, just relax and sort out your hair. We are just hypothesizing here. Why do you have this intense need to launch verbal attacks on anyone who dares to think differently to you? I can give you the address of a good hair dresser who can touch up your blond locks and make you more acceptable for the forthcoming elections or toppling of Treacherous Theresa and her band of remoaners. Best wishes, | cinquepercento
09/4/2019 11:23 | Hey Cinque The charts is almost an exact replica but the duration seems to be spread out by 30-40% longer this time. Hence why i think this pattern will play out, for circa 18 months. Dollar isn't going anywhere fast either; so neither will gold in the meantime. New low recorded on this current leg, so no respite or a base confirmation that some have tried to grasp on to. And with the quarterlies out soon, most know that the POG isn't sufficient enough to offset the production guidance. The only ones here ramping in my view are those who don't fully understand the effect of leveraged returns. It certainly doesn't strike me that people like Boris are ahead of the curve over the rest of the market. | plat hunter
09/4/2019 11:19 | In theory it could go to 900p or 2p. Tool! | borisjohnsonshair
09/4/2019 11:12 | Omg. Who ordered the village idiot? | borisjohnsonshair
09/4/2019 11:09 | Plat Hunter: I think you could well be right. The initial free fall from about 135,recently is about the same as the initial free fall in May 2018 but back then, the price dropped the same amount again, doubling the fall!!!! So we could in theory have another 50% drop to go. I know it sounds unlikely and it could bounce back at any moment but it will be interesting to see what happens. | cinquepercento
09/4/2019 10:58 | "Old Raghy saw it coming - smart guy" I'm not convinced he could have done Juju. He certainly did get his timing right though! The benefit of hindsight though eh?! | jfishy55
09/4/2019 10:56 | "Under promise and over deliver seems an obvious strstegy" Well they used to do that but then things fell off the rails last year! | jfishy55
09/4/2019 10:56 | Cinque.. If May 2018 is anything to go buy then we can expect 20% to come off the share price over the next 8-10 weeks IMO | plat hunter
09/4/2019 10:54 | JuJu44. I have to agree with you re: looks like we might see 87 or less today ,which so far, brings to mind, the drop in May,2018. It will be very interesting to see how low this drops. | cinquepercento
09/4/2019 10:21 | Thanks Volsung for the comment | johnrxx99
09/4/2019 10:10 | I think I'll faint if there is positive news | creditcrunchies
09/4/2019 09:57 | This dog is heading for the cliff edge again. Old Raghy saw it coming - smart guy . we should all have listened and followed his example | juju44
09/4/2019 09:50 | Really is getting quite painful this. Just seems to not be able to sustain a rise. Fingers crossed it doesn't break to the downside as 70p looks like the next stop. I guess that q1 results are going to be poor given the share price Hoping that I am wrong. | ukgeorge
09/4/2019 09:37 | Let me guess ... Prat spouting bile ? | kennyp52
09/4/2019 09:32 | Standard post from a deep water diver.. Just keep buying with your blindfold on Kenny it usually works out that way | plat hunter
09/4/2019 09:31 | I think that’s the point Sid ... they can’t afford to miss their guidance this year and if they had they probably should have informed the market by now ( they know their Q1 production now ) with a profit warning . POG average higher so far this year than last and if they meet / beat production then share price will IMHO rise substantially . Good luck | kennyp52
09/4/2019 09:25 | I dont know why they are not more cautious in their guidance as mr market uses any disparities to drop/churn the share price. Under promise and over deliver seems an obvious strstegy but wtfdik.... | sidarthur2
09/4/2019 08:58 | Well, for right or for wrong, no matter what other companies do, CEY is not in the habit of releasing its prelims with its AGM results so it is no surprise to me that it has not done so again! However, it IS in the habit of releasing Q1 prelims around the 2nd week in April. It is also scheduled to release the Q1 report on the 24th...so I expect we will see the Q1 prelims tomorrow morning (being a Wednesday). We will be looking for 105-115koz (as per company guidance). Less will be very bad news. More will be moderately good news. My money is on 112koz and is a complete guess based on gut instinct! | jfishy55
09/4/2019 08:55 | Doubled my holding just now. Nice consolidation phase | volsung
09/4/2019 08:54 | Good one Boris you're all insight. I'm amazed that you're down here, would not have guessed | plat hunter
09/4/2019 08:53 | Just starting to bounce a touch . $1300 POG breached ... | kennyp52 |
