Hello blowitall,

In regards Gold co's? Why waste your time researching at all? I would recommend, as always, gaining exposure via funds. Every time :-)

If you believe the price of Gold will be higher in the future, these are excellent choices:

MFM Junior Gold Trust
BlackRock Gold & General
Smith & Williamson Global Gold & Resources
Investec Global Gold

Hi Guys
Just getting back into studying the market after a long break ( and losses!!) and would like your suggestions re any good companies to trade. No advice asked for as I will do my own research on any co's named, but hoping to save some initial legwork.
Have held CEY from very early days and still a great long term investment imho so good luck to all...lets hope the legal stuff can be ironed out (to our benefit) when the courts get their act together)

o/t Petropavlovsk (POG) another low cost gold and silver miner, going to rise just like here. Still has to catch up with rise of other gold miners.

Very interesting Rebs, i hadn't thought about the M/Caps that would prevent large funds from buying.

I went overweight small-Cap CAN/USA Gold miners last December via the MFM Junior Gold Trust which was the easiest way for exposure.

Now the big boys want to play, it's all good Rebs, it's all good :-)

Rebs , I smile when the tea leaves tell me to. Right now , despite the gap irritation at 110 , the leaves are all pointing in the right direction coming out of an oversold position . I am a smiling uber bull

There's been plenty of fund managers tipping that Gold will continue it's rise. A pull back just means another Golden opportunity to buy :-)

I was away at the time so was not watching the thread. Was there a shipment between 29th June and 14th July?

Japs probably help a bit with their useless shenanigans, if they do it
Meanwhile banks revving up their negative interest rates for depositors. Copper, silver, gold hell any metal better than that, mining, physical.
BOE probably not needing to cut rates as devaluation of sterling going nicely.
All our imported stuff must rise in price.

Don't think it has to go back to close the gap at 110; all the gold miners have similar, but might wait for the 200 day MA to catch up for a bit.
