Volumes are minute so I can't get too excited
but, the slightest whiff of positive news and this will move up sharply
although your are very likely to have difficulty off-loading in volume to realize any profit

Well quite a few on here did take losses for just 0.5p to 0.75p. Therefore I bet they now feel foolish seeing only 10K available for 0.8p.

How scared people where on here of Cellcast really was very funny, but at least some address'd most of the concerns with the directors. Secondaly in the future now it does look like the Ofcom decision will be passed. Cellcast will then be profitable and if not they will be suspended, and everything returned to sharesholders, and directors in big trouble too.

I tested the online limits with selftrade and you can sell 500k at 0.6p
Yet only buy 10k at 0.75p

Has anyone heard any whispers on the news front?

Surely there must be a chance of something positive?

What does this suggest?

Well I could of had £300 for some extra shares for 0.5p, if only I planned my money better and payed people back after, instead of before, doh.

If I am lucky enough to win enough to get £450, was £300 needed for top up. I will pretend to myself I paid 0.5p, but at the rate they are rising it may be £600.

if these get back to 1.25p before the news then there is a good chance of seeing some serious gains. i aint holding my breath but still find it hard to believe how low this company is worth at present. the management though have done little to help private investors :)

At least the fact Cellcast where just 0.5p will not effect the maxium shareprice potential. If all goes to plan, I am still expecting at least 10p. The directors did make it sound like some of that money that was responsible for the loss, where just one off payments.

The price is now ready for an instant 2p pre-market price on hopefully a great OFCOM decision next month. If you buy that day for say 2.25p, you should more than double your money, IMHO.

lol I should of kept my mouth shut, and now if I plan to top up I will need to win £250 extra again, so I can pay the same price as 0.5p.
If I do not win it will not make any difference and be just good for the ones I already own. I bought 3 lots of £500 before at different prices,

One lot for 3.25p, then 2.325p and then for 1.2p.

well at least its looking a little better today. tbh if these get anywhere near 2-5p i will probably get out and call it a day.not very impressed with the management and that is the main thing in any company.lets just hope it gets anywhere near those prices.

Well as long as the share price goes up i'll be happy, 2-5p would be a good start.

Thanks for that and in that case it must be worth the risk to get some more for just 0.5p. That will depend whether I can win enough money for these in the casino based on my hopefull roulette system.

Cellcast should be able to risk making changes to make more money if the Ofcom decision is favourable, and in that case the shares will be worth a lot more.

If the ofcom decision is favourable next month, about how much in value will Cellcast go up by?.

in fairness to the share price and the graph it is very similar to many others at this moment in time, nothing to do with the companies themselves just the markets in general dragging everything down with them.

The interims gave a shred of hope in the following:

Development work:

...SUMO [development work] has now ceased and there will be no further capitalised costs associated with this project in the second half of 2008. In the six months to 30 June 2008, a further £706,000 of development costs were capitalised, bringing the total to £2.2 million.

Cellcast's share of CAH losses was £179,000 in the six months to 30 June 2008.The Group continues to have no further funding obligations in respect of CAH.

As these two entities brought little or no income or, in SUMO's case, income that was generally insensitive to the related investment, the overall effect should be a positive effect upon operating bottom line of @£900k in the 2nd half. Assuming all else is equal then in a normal company one would expect a profit to be turned @ £300k-600k. At the lowest figure, this places CLTV on a fwd PE @1.

Of course all the above is irrelevant if the company's probity and integrity is questionable. However, if shareholders' interests were, as they should be, paramount, then CLTV SHOULD be positioned well. I understand the strategic threats (macro economics, OFCOM review) but if CLTV were in a stable market, the above is a reasonable expectation.

someone has acquired over 1 million shares in the last week or so at 0.5p. either a complete gambler or someone who is happy to pay that price. something very strange going on here imho
