21/10/2008 15:45 | Trouble is bones they will find work through the old boys network. Looks like we need to screen directors as well now before making any future investment decisions. I take it that was your 100k sell the other day? | digger27
21/10/2008 14:46 | well it looks like its all over and just another few months before they use the cash up and go to the administrators. i really hope the management of this outfit can never find work again, would serve them right. | bones698
21/10/2008 07:26 | Edit - Just realised that Mike Neville is on the board of Minmet as well. the mnt boards make interesting reading | jumpin_jackflasher
16/10/2008 17:19 | stefanos. You going to start the ball rolling. I now hold less then £100 worth of shares so I for one will not put anytime in but will support the SAG should you start one. Regards NewKid | newkid
16/10/2008 16:32 | How long do we give the directors before getting the SAG together, chaps? Is it time to start the investigation and call an EGM or should we be waiting longer? Last thing we heard was that the FD was going to get back to investors with a breakdown of the sales costs and an explanation why gross margins halved late last week. Now, a week has passed and we have heard nothing. Why is it taking the CLTV FD over a week to come up with an explanation? why are the directors finding the task of accountability rather more difficult that it should be? It's just a few simple questions that should take about five minutes to answer, backed up with proof and facts. All we want is good, honest shareholder communication. We are on the side of the company. WE WANT THE COMPANY TO DO WELL! So why won't the directors be honest and open with us? What are they hiding? Chaps, we've got over 10% between us. We can't win much with our holdings, but we can get things checked out, have an EGM and get the press and fsa to take notice, so this doesn't happen to other investors. Shoddy treatment of investors by employees (directors) needs to be taken seriously. We employ them, they need to be accountable to us. Period. | stefanos2
16/10/2008 10:35 | 1.25p, like i said a gamble and it appears it won't be paying off imho | bones698
15/10/2008 18:54 | deleted repeat | zoo123
15/10/2008 18:53 | Hi, bones698, At what price did you buy? Kind regards, MN | zoo123
15/10/2008 04:10 | i see the usual level of communications is in effect then, very poor investor relations with this lot no wonder the share price is where it is. seems they are a very dodgy group of people with hidden agenda's. none of which are for pi's benefit.too many get away with this for me, look at the banks atm, yoomedia, plasmon, lan | bones698
14/10/2008 23:49 | no, have heard nothing with respect to exactly what the 'cost of sales' consists of or why gross margins fell by so much in comparison to the previous half Still waiting... | the analyst
14/10/2008 14:26 | analyst or anyone get any replies to their questions? | bones698
10/10/2008 08:43 | yes thanks for your efforts guys, the share price is getting very worrying now though and unless there is a very quick improvement in margins they will be out of buisness by next year from what i can see. lets hope things are starting to change | bones698
09/10/2008 23:54 | Thanks for the updates, chaps. Useful stuff. Main thing, though, is that we need to get the details of the margins and the breakdown of what cost of sales is made up of Good to see directors at least acknowledging that us investors exist. Many on AIM don't even do that. | stefanos2
09/10/2008 23:50 | Might be worth firing an email off to Andrew Wilson, LD, if you are in contact - for once he might be happy to get an email from a PI, lol! don't want another ofcom fine... | the analyst

09/10/2008 22:52 | Cellcast need to get the cost of sales down, spending £6,320,339 to make £6,704,265 in H1 is far from good. Especially when their business is Premium rate phone lines, they should be making a killing and it's far from clear why they are not. Cellcast need to making at least £1.5m gross profit for the year... otherwise there is no future. The Ofcom stuff is out of their hands... but there is plenty they can be doing to ensure that cellcast can continue even if ofcom slam down on things. | ldmachin
09/10/2008 22:43 | LDMachin : Your Post 1305. Answer could be, they mentioned, that they have sub-leted half of the building to someone else. Threewaycash could be the Company.....Just my Opinion. RB | rb1206
