25/3/2008 19:46 | cyclingnut, I can confirm you can spreadbet CLTV at igindex.co.uk. with a very small price per point if you want. I've got a small speculative long position, september contract. | ldmachin
25/3/2008 16:38 | £21m turnover no debt(deal last week wipes it out but they chose to agree payback by Dec08') CEO took last company from $5m to $140m in 6 years ex founder of Loaded Magazine recently joined ex editor of Bizarre magazine on board Cellcast Asia profitable at the operational level 3g revenue alone as of Feb was £35k per month and growing at 25% month on month Main investor increased stake to over 17% last month Cellcast South America (currently dormant as they develop backend infrastructure)- -when Cellcast SA was launched revenue went from zero to £1m in 6 months...then from £1m to £4m the next year...then telecom issues as they could not cope with the demand. Anyone else looking at CLTV? Don't let CLTV escape your gaze, I don't ramp (ask the guys on the Jarvis BB!!)but I firmly believe that in 12-18months the CLTV share price should be in the 40-50p range (it floated at 71p) | cyclingnut
25/3/2008 16:36 | I doubt very much whether you can spread an Aim company with a market cap of £1.4million!! This is the beginning of a very long and profitable journey....below are the headlines as I see them.....I stand to be corrected. | cyclingnut

25/3/2008 16:16 | I think u can buy these on IG Index, and for that I am not happy about. If I was still on IG my 500 would of got me 2,000 pounds worth of shares. | ![]() lord santafe

25/3/2008 12:21 | I think it was telecom issues, analyst and co. can fill us in with the details. I tried ringing the company just now in order to speak to someone about it but they our busy trying to close off the year end accounts. | cyclingnut
25/3/2008 12:08 | That was a bit of a Hairy one. | ![]() daveperry
25/3/2008 10:54 | dave, sorry for the delay, just got back from an errand...as per badday's post the previous RNS sums it all up...I am just trying to find out what is going on with the Brazilian side of the biz as they had to suspend it due to too many users using the service thus causinf issues to the back end infrastructure! | cyclingnut
25/3/2008 10:19 | badday Thanks for that. | ![]() daveperry
25/3/2008 10:05 | Dave, i can't see much dilution in the short term. From the 20th March RNS: The net proceeds of £1.4 million from the transaction will be used to provide general working capital and to repay the £500,000 outstanding under the existing facility provided by Headstart. The Company has entered into an agreement with Headstart to repay the amount outstanding under the Headstart facility in full before December 2008. During this period Headstart has agreed to waive its rights of conversion subject to the repayments being made. The Company considers that this is the best use of the net proceeds, maintaining operational flexibility while removing the potential equity dilution. | ![]() badday
25/3/2008 09:28 | Cycle Looking at the financials shows they do not have much cash left, with a short term debt of over £7m. And the Sumo traffic graph has stopped growing. I can see dilution here. | ![]() daveperry
25/3/2008 09:26 | Anyone have a scoobies regarding the South American side of the biz? | cyclingnut
25/3/2008 08:59 | too right James....these look really good. | cyclingnut
25/3/2008 08:28 | It just gave financial detail of the swap. No comment either way. Nonetheless, it may help start attracting a wider audience. | ![]() moneymaker6
25/3/2008 07:44 | This is a fantastic cheap opportunity, of that I feel very sure. I'm also pleased to see the Sumo.tv rank climbing back up again over the Easter weekend from 32,000 to 22,000, so hopefully theyve sorted the contents issue. I find sumo.tv very frustrating that they dont remove videos that are no longer available, you just get a screen saying video is no longer available, so sometimes you search around for something and it takes a while to find a video. It's the fact that there's so many avenues here and all for under £5m.. It just goes to show that if the Sky site was worth £1.4m plus a new site, then whats the website worth? £20m - £30m - more?? | james t kirk
24/3/2008 21:57 | Last time I was this confident I bought a share at 0.02p and sold it two years later at 16p. The CEO of this company grew the revenue of his last company from $5m to $140m, ex founder of Loaded Magazine now on board, ex guy from Bizarre magazine.... THIS WILL SUCCEED IMHO...... | cyclingnut
24/3/2008 21:45 | I usually think its the ones you are confident always fail | m4p
24/3/2008 21:01 | let's hope so RP...I am a buyer of these and can't wait to get my hands on more cash...I have not been so excited and confident about a stock for years..... | cyclingnut
24/3/2008 20:53 | I have also ear-marked my (potential) MDX profits between TRK, CLTV and keeping the wife & kids happy! Could be an interesting & profitable week for us cyclingnut - lets hope so hey. RP3406 | ![]() rp3406
24/3/2008 20:05 | RV, Nice one, once MDX are taken over, I plan to pile all the profits into here as I truly believe we are sitting on an acorn which will surely become an oak. Shame the market cap is so tiny because if I pile in hard I will go over the 3% mark. Without being over the top I think shares like this come around once every 10 years or so....after having read thesage's conservative eventual takeover price of 50p I am really excited about this....once South America comes back on line they will be taking profit from the table faster than they can count it....I see a big player making a move for CLTV.....I just hope they don't sell out short. | cyclingnut
24/3/2008 19:56 | mm6, what did the article say....positive? | cyclingnut
24/3/2008 16:41 | Worth taking a good look at this : | recto verso |
