Market cap, under placing price, potential revenue streams 8* cap. Also hit the RSI oversold and cheap as to EMAs and historic price. So yes, very cheap fundamentally and technically.

All basically fair comments. I am not saying the business is bad but the sales were tiny so it's full of hope that it's worth 80m. Sales of £37k and little asset backing.You say II's wouldn't invest without due diligence but the market is littered with ipo's, invested in by institutions where the price is nowhere near the ipo price so their DD wasn't that greatAnyway I am out so I won't be a negative poster annoyance to those that believe. Good luck to those remaining, I think you will need it. Time will tell if I'm right or wrong. Hope it works out for you

It is difficult to value this company. Market will do what it does. But if you look at some of the fundamentals. First of all no one is selling medicinal THC yet. There are loads of companies selling CBD. You can buy it on ebay. Secondly they are targeting chronic pain market which is one of the commonest health condition in the world. Thirdly they have licenses in place to get THC to the market. Fourth they raised 80 plus millions at 165p with IIs. With authority I can say I know this field better than majority investors. I don't know how share price will move but IIs don't fork out such money without due diligence. Also hargyHale bought 1 million worth share from Abu.

Glad they have at last so I have been able to exit at last. Not interested in this stock now Vin is not their. Still can't believe they paid 80m for a company with pitiful sales. Good luck to those remaining

Gary, I'm also not happy about this. Too many cons going on in CBD. Chill is a good example, it got pumped up to over £1 on jam tomorrow stories and no execution. I suspect that was a classic pump and dump. I would be very concerned about the same thing happening here. I invested here for a smart tech deal. Not paying £80m for a company that is less than 3 years old with no material revenues. Their assets are literally a license and a production facility/lab which no doubt has a cash burn. I intend to dispose at the earliest opportunity. This just does not small right. Why cant they be clear on their relisting plans?

AzTotally agree, total disaster. From what I gathered from a tw note Vin did propose a number of proposals and they turned them down. Don't know if that is fact or not. Seems like they ignored her and of course once they decided another cannabis company is just what we need she quit. Right now I don't know if it's best to vote against it or for it so it gets relisted so I can exit. If we vote it down the clowns in charge are left with nothing and maybe it stays suspended

This is an outrageous proposition. Paying £85m for a company with 3 employees, accrued revenues of 36k up from just £500 on the previous years. What on earth are they thinking of? They have heads turned by the hot sector of cbd products. This is scandalous to say it has that value of 85mThrowing numbers around of 50,000 customers and revenues of multi millions is totally bonkers. If that's the potential how comes the revenue is so pitiful to dateNo wonder Vin resigned. Please vote against this ridiculous proposal

It's a hot sector to be in, but paying 80m for a company with 1.8m assets doesn't seem to be a great deal on the face of it. Maybe I missed something? Couldn't see any prosed date for relisting either......

Good to see that the placing was done at 165 which is my breakeven. Hopefully come back at a nice premium if it is pumped before hand.

TW seemed to be quite chirpy about the prospects here even so. Seems it could be back to market soon. If it gets pumped, it seems it could well open higher. Will be interesting to find out the details.
