The II trade was off book. I never though Vin would continue to sit there with 30% of the company, that is unrealistic long term. You do need IIs as it provides more loner term diversity. For me nothing material has changed and may even add if there is further weakness. With the right deal we will be at £4-£5 min.
Think about it, if you were an II buying 11% of a company you would want to be confident in its near term plans

More likely it was bought by someone else. There are 2 trades one million each on the same day for the same price. She may have sold to exercise warrants. We will see soon. Having said that no one is selling these today. MMs brought it down to create volume but it didn't work.

We can’t really know her intent, but she has taken holdings in a number of companies including Saa. Probably feels this maybe a long haul.

Sure but why now if they have big plans and share price expectations of multiple of today's price. Don't get me wrong bringing in IIs can be a big driver for share price gains and a good thing. But Vin was a big driver in my investing here as I believe it was for many. So a 40% reduction in her holdings is a big red flag for me. So that's 1 million accounted for. What about the other 5m? I don't think this has played out fully yet by any means.

Nice price for the institution buyer. Good return for Vin, I think she paid around 80p
And still holding 60% of her holding.

Well that's the answer for 1 million of the shares and it isn't a good one. Vin has sold 40% of her shares to an II.

It's weird though isn't it. 6m of 8m in issue. I agree it looks like a transfer of some kind but the prices seem to indicate 2m sells, 4m buys. Got to be some sort of holdings rns out to explain? Perhaps it's just an admin thing to officially register the shares in some way. I am confused. Either way I guess it is part of putting some house keeping things in place for some upcoming news?

Not clear what the trades where today. Could be end of year shenanigans. There are only 8M shares so 1m deals are big
