I think maybe expectation might have been a bit premature on timing of a Vin Murria deal.
I think the way these things have to work is that if she is bringing a deal it needs to be disclosed at the time of her joining the board etc. So there needs to be a reasonable time period otherwise to allow for a deal to be originated after her joining.
In my experience that's a minimum of 3 months. It needs to be time (in theory) to source and negotiate Heads of Terms on a deal (in principal, not signed). Then time for Due Diligence, and if that goes OK the negotiation of the SPA (Sales and Purchase agreement). Don't underestimate the lawyers ability to string this out...

I think we are approaching the 3 months soon so I expect the next couple of months to be the most likely time that we get our deal.

Then the real fun begins! :-)

I see Vin doing a deal to reverse an operating business into Summerway. Almost certainly a tech based business.
