Soon to be 500m shares post-AGM (400m issued @0.1p) and 142m share options @0.25p

That's a market cap of £5m for a cash shell with no assets and only £0.2m cash...

And not forgetting: "Directors are unconditionally authorised to allot shares up to the maximum nominal amount of £5,000,000 during the period up to the 2011 AGM"

£5m worth at 0.1p = 5 billion shares. Mega dilution

AGM a week today when all will be revealed. Just bought a few at 0.95p. 0.68p is bid so the spread is not too bad.

We put a small sum into the rescue of this failed sweet maker. It is now a cash shell and we hope a gold project is on its way in. In percentage terms, the pricing of the rescue was so sweet (bad pun) that this is currently our most successful investment. It is also our smallest. A small flutter.'

Noticed a small mention in this month's t1ps Gold Fund monthly newsletter. All kinds of self interest at stake here, especially as the Rivington has lent them 125k at 12% interest. Still, they perhaps know better than anyone else what might be happening on the inside.
