"The new Board of Directors is reviewing possible work programs for the remainder
of 2007 and 2008. These programs include: i) deepening of the CDS-GM-05-5001
well drilled in 2005 in order to test the deeper Devonian gas between 1,735
meters and 3,250 meters depth, ii) drilling on the Boqueron Block in the area of
the Emilia lead, iii) seismic data collection, iv) aeromagnetic surveys over the
Gabino Mendoza Concession and the PG & E Block, v) reconnaissance geochemical
sampling, and vi) airborne gravity surveys".

They'll need a good rig for the Gabino Mendoza well. I sense they will tell us of arrival in Paraguay soon..

Deswalker - have you had a chance to look at the effect of options and warrants outstanding? If so, do you agree with my calcs (previously posted) which show share dilution of around a third at a price of about 3p a share?

Or should I go back to the earlier RNSs and check out what was being said at the time they were issued? Thought it would save me doing this if you had done it independently.

Continues to improve on little or no trading. City likes what they see.
There was an IPO at 10p which translates to 100p in new shares.
Are we on the way back there? Nice if we are.

Imo, the chart suggests a return to the 70p area, where there is some resistance.

As previously stated, I bought these without particularly thinking about the prospects and with the idea of looking at them in years to come. Not thinking obviously works better than thinking in my case but I would be interested in anyone's thoughts on a target share price and their reasoning, perhaps even timescales and or sources of information. I know that I should be DYOR but a kick start would be much appreciated.

The 100k is a roll I think?
The 65k is a buy though.
Impressive when you think they would be 1m and 650k pre-Consolidation.

Market is taking note of the money and team behind them now. Maybe someone has heard what their plans for drilling are?
Gabina Mendoza only needs get another 1000 ft through easy substrata, and they've already had indications of hydrocarbons. Boqueron is only 1200-1500' to target depth. Nothing when you think some Middle eastern and Russian wells are 4mls plus deep.

ps..although looking again. the 100k 'rolls' are at same price. unusual that. normally there is a slight disparity in price for the mm to make a few bob on thetrades.
Could be someone snapping up tranches @ 34.5p as they appear??
Need L2 to be certain.
