Val - I have been looking at CDS for a couple of months now. When they were around half today's price! All I did was look, didn't buy any. Events over the border put me off but expecting that situation to improve.

35p on the offer..and still no news.
Is that 3p in old money or 30p in consolidated terms?

Deswalker - I take you point of a few posts back.
How's this? Apologies for poor format not transferring from Excel. Looks like Mr. Roman can mop up 30% of the company at just over 3p a share. That's my calculation:

Data got from CDS RNS of 14 June 2007

Warrants (assume I warrant converts to 1 share)
Exercise price (£, assume 2$=1£) Cash brought in
578,962 0.05 28,948
224,905 0.10 22,491
23,291,544 0.03 698,746
9,036,093 0.03 271,083
33,131,504 Total 1,021,268

Options
Exercise price (£, assume 2$=1£) Cash brought in
2,948,416 0.10 147,421

Hi Dave

what you doing over here?
or should I ask..??
twice as many CDS for you Chaco's eh?
Which is it to be..
I bought in some time ago here and am just in profit which is more than I can say for the other lot.
It'll be ironic if CDS beat them to the punch here but in doing so it should reflect on CHP share price

Yes but nothing much to add other than must have plans to go ahead with drilling Gabina M to completion and start on Boqueron shallow well.
They have enough money now, and enough experienced personnel, to be thoroughly professional about the project(s).
The Paraguayan Govt want action. Hector Ruiz Diaz, the Minister for Energy and Mining, is constantly referring to O&G resources as though already located, sine qua non etc.

All a bit confusing after the consolidation. Where did the 3p Offer go ?

What's the situation with the Warrants & Options ? Surely these have been consolidated too but it all looks rather confusing to me. If I were one of you guys I'd make sure I was happy that everything is in order with the new capital structure following the reorganisation. I'm sure it is okay but worth checking if one has a position IMO.

If someone does look into it could they please post the sum total of the Warrants & Options in issue with the weighted average Strike Price for them all so that one gets a sense of the dilution. Many thanks if anyone can be bothered. I'd do it but it isn't very material to me with my small indirect holding.
