They're commentary is getting more bullish as time goes by.Not going to be boring and the train is about to leave Almaty.

Pipeline work underway for the deeps, also considering putting in a 40km railway track to Caspian sea.
Looks like they are preparing for the volume of oil to materially increase. imo

whatever method they employed, it worked, and maybe that's why cc suggested in one of his interviews (but only in passing as though wanting to underplay it or perhaps they haven't made a final decision) that they will do sidetracks for a6 and 801.

The testing kit wasn't on site as it's expensive to hire and until you know you need it there's no point having it!

I get the impression that the sidetrack was drilled using a different methodology such as underbalanced or using a different kind of mud. That's probably why they got it to flow.

Jonny,Lovely to have your positivity bank on the board. Only joshing re 90 day test but good to see that your back on form.Can't remember the odds you gave for sidetrack success ? believe it was 30% best case ? Has it flowed ? Yep for 4 hours. Is it commercial yet ? nope but I'd find it very strange that they'd be evangelising the story if they weren't confident.High pressure testing kit ? What is that ? Why wasn't it on site ?

The 90 day flow test HAS TO BE DONE on every discovery in Kaz. Its regulatory.

i.e. No 90 day flow test then no production license.

imo if it is oraz (or satyl for that matter), it would be sorted off market. bwdik. whoever it is, the weakness is very strange at this particular juncture.

if we dont hear about at least 1 one of the following - a5 test commencement or 30 day update / 146 result / a8 spud / 808 update - within the next 4 weeks then i'd guess dirty games are afoot.

Ah, Jonny, I was concerned that you'd popped your clogs and left poor ole Casper to the Bulls (-:I can paint the negative as above but that is highly unlikely. Question for you. Why 90 day flow test over a 30 day ? My thoughts are they want to benefit from oil produced over 90 days which will help with A8 costs.

Well I thought the flow rate RNS was odd. The pressure fluctuations weren't normal IMHO.

In my opinion they have still to prove that flow can be maintained at commercial rates over anything longer than a few hours.

After all this time why have they still not updated shareholders with the likely size of the prize?

The only conspiracy that peeps aren't talking about but will be thinking about is -;The Bear view -;Is A5 flowing without issue ? Are the company talking the story up to let KO release stock at the cost of PI's ? There were issues with initial testing, are they experiencing the same with the sidetrack hence the need for high pressure kit ? 90 day flow test to coincide with drilling of A8 and results in Q1 as they know they have issues with A5 and A6.They've had issues with A5 and all deeps so why not now ?We have a large seller at a time when the news should be propelling the stock through 20p. Very odd but if you believe the story and there is no sinister agenda here, every but at this level will return a VERY healthy return.Casper must know who's selling, hugely frustrating that they can't sort off market especially as the story is so compelling. It is very odd ?
