Not looking to raise funds in short term, self financing through forward sales.
Looking to debt to pay for infrastructure.

Thanks for update. It could be Dosbol continuing to exit but I'd have thought that there would be an off market agreement to transfer shareholding to another party , especially as the story is now easier to sell to a prospective purchaser. Probably don't like the size of the Kazakh ownership but we do need institutional interest.

Maxim,I know some but have pulled away from meeting company directors and meeting other shareholders etc. Too time consuming and too costly, rather do my own research. Bull,Don't know who FK us other than he posts on LSE. I don't believe a PI selling would have dented the share price as there aren't many multi million holders if any, by that I mean 10's of millions. Good to debate the reason for share price stagnation after such good news but I will sit back and wait for the cream or oil to get to the surface.Tick, tock.

Maxim,Benign ? The selling has been considerable and without it, this would have seen the same momentum as in 2014 and it would have continued as the hype escalated. If it's one seller, it certainly isn't benign but I'd like to understand who you think it is.

I have pieced together who the seller is. It's completely benign. It's not Kaz based . It's not SEDA related. If I could afford to buy would I? No coz I think I have enough already (I bought twice in the last 6 Weeks). I don't know how many the seller has. Everybody should relax !!!!

Bwakem ,Much that it doesn't to me as I'm in here til the large lady screams ! it does to many who are trading though.Eat al,Something doesn't smell right and much that I thought that Clive's interview was clear and concise, they are marketing themselves with the intention of getting the share price up.The selling is matching the buying and I don't believe it is from the Baverstock merger. CASP have agreed to accelerate deep drilling which is great news but do they need some extra cash to do so ?As I said, we'll find out whether the company planned a small fundraiser pre the A5 and licence news. As I said in the long term, not s problem but definitely limiting in the short term.

Yes buckets of buyers and some very persistent sellers.

Just popped a cheeky order on for 100,000 at 12.5p, hopefully I don’t get it and have to pay more!

I don't think it really matters if there is, or who is the seller. The market will eventually find the right price when the oil is flowing. Just sit back and relax. I've been waiting 10yrs, another few months or even a year is a blink of an eye in Roxi-land.

Been thinking about the selling and much that the company have stated that they are forward selling the oil inc A5, how could they fund A8's spud in November ie now ? The platform has been built which takes time so they were obviously planning to go this. Our Clive has got previous with arranging SEDA's at AST and this could be happening now to raise a little short term cash to accelerate deep program alongside the revenue from forward selling current production.I hope I'm wrong as it would create an overhang and stifle share price momentum. It would be better if KO was the seller and he could use proceeds on a loan basis to fund A8 and hopefully I'm way off base with the SEDA.Just got to sit back and let it all happen as what will be, will be !
