No just the market, not sure why you think it’s Clive’s fault.
Today was a nice C+ type news day but clearly not enough for some who are off to chase new exciting horizons.

Will be interesting when the acid becomes available again but hopefully Clive will say nothing until the results are known to avoid the traders messing about.

Smarty. I sort of agree re the market but the value and the price are often misaligned. We will add if this falls for sure. Pre cv19/opec BS this would have been pushing 12 mth highs now.

It’s an odd world where Caspian has become a sensible choice based on sound economics? But it’s an odd world of late.

Also I get the feeling A5 will come good at that 1,000 bopd plus area. And now they have time and the assets in place to make it happen.

The acid they previously said was too toxic to be stored on site and had to be delivered “as and when required“ due to toxic material handling laws.

If I remember correctly that was stated in their Q&A broadcast last summer.

Still happy with the progress and that we will get another MJF well 151 in a couple of months, with luck another 200 barrels and maybe more?

Also 200 bopd from a 3.5m section on a 6mm choke, what’s not to like about that?

DHB,2kbopd v 1200 if you take out the A5 contribution for 40 days. Market have got this wrong, just take advantage of it if you can. You can trust the leadership, I lost faith after the 2017 Investor Presentation fiasco but there aren't many small Oilies that are funded to survive CV19 but more importantly , are valued at only £60m with MJF progressing as planned.Happy for it to fall, the market has got this wrong.

It was my understanding that 150 targeted the sweet spot and that 153 was positioned to test the extent of the productive field?I cannot find where I got that from now but my expectations for 153 were lower because of that 'knowledge'. That flow from a single 3.5m perforation seems ok to me, especially if there are other intervals that could be targeted. A previous rns stated that they needed to make repairs to the A5 drill. More detail this time but not a total surprise.

Ngms. You have previously stated you don't think that A5 will ever flow. Does today's RNS change that view. Thanks

I can't find anywhere that states the 'special stuff' is none other than bog standard hydrochloride acid that should be sourced all over the country

Yep, he's blown another raspberry at shareholders.

Why didn't they report the pipe problem months ago?

Are they using chirpy chirpy cheap cheap Chinese Steel?

That's a good question DT, I can't find the RNS that states it. I believe it was the old acid that attacked the mud not the barite mud. Believe we're still waiting for the special stuff !

Peeps don't like it, obviously wanting deep progress. Increased production by c60% over last 2 months and share price going south...lol. Looks like more bottom feeding to be had, take advantage of it as sellers exit.

To add, I expected 150 flow rate to fall , good to see it sustaining 500bopd .

As per usual an RNS that leaves you with more questions than answers.

I'm the first to criticise when the RNS content is shoite. I'm not expecting every MJF well to deliver 500 bopd, the average I have got the field is 300bopd x 24 as per their FDP guidance and 7k bopd, Caspian expectations I believe we're 8k bopd. They were expecting a better result at 153 but I'll take the 200 and as stated, many intervals to target so this process will continue.Deeps, yep disappointing re no progress but the truth has come out re the flow rates at A5, the question is why is the flow rate declining ? Flowed consistently for 40 days, there's the good news but was it the broken link that caused the fall off or was it mud as has been the issue to date. Good news is that they are still spending time on it , something they wouldn't do at this time where cash is king..Not going bust and share price underpriced.TT

Because its just not in their nature to tell the truth...153 is at MJF average, 150 was the exception at 500bopd rather than the rule

They finally came clean on A5. Why could they not have been upfront and explain the problem a few weeks ago? Still not a dead duck, but very frustrating.
