16/3/2020 11:06 | brave x2 - unprecedented times. | jostrummer
16/3/2020 11:03 | I've been doing a little shopping but really hard to get stock. Wasn't planning on adding Casper but this is silly. Robbed me for 2.825 for 50 and then got 55k in 2 x parcels of 25 and 30 @ 27, fill or kill. Took a chunk of Barclays today too. In the bottom drawer for a couple of months. Clocks go forward in 2 weeks, weather will get warmer and much that we're in unprecedented times, the feelgood factor will kick in regardless of the CV outbreak, business will win through and hopefully not to may casualties amongst the infirm and elderly. | xclusive2

16/3/2020 07:52 | He posts as Gritster on LSE . He lives in my Town and bought £26,000 at 5.7 then £14,000 at 5.9 last week. Hes a nice bloke and reckons he will double his money at least by April. | credock

16/3/2020 07:44 | Twitter - Oil Man JimSun 18:38Oilman Jim@Oilman_JimHas posted about CASP in a positive fashion.... Jim's discovered the little known fact that CASP developed their fields under a $16 a barrel regime before being granted in 2019 up to 80% to be sold at international prices. And relax ... the market will pile into this next week . | swerves1
16/3/2020 07:24 | Into the 2s today? | johnwalton

15/3/2020 12:54 | Good to hear Credock and GSA as long as they are emptier and not empty then there is a chance of survival for these small business and therefor jobs in the recovery. | dhb368
15/3/2020 09:37 | Dhb386 ... few restaurants and pubs where I live ... noticeably emptier ... one where I begged a table for 90 mins last Friday had o e booking for two this Friday. | georgesorearse
15/3/2020 08:32 | Went to a Thai restaurant on Paseo near Fuengirola last night just two tables occupied. Police entered and ordered restaurant to close at 9.30 Was like driving through a ghost town on way home People taking lockdown seriously out here | rutter
14/3/2020 22:59 | I must admit to being worried about the general state of the economy come May. I live just outside of a village so isolated at the best of times and my trip to Morrison's was busy as expected. No soap, rice or pasta but ppl with 2 or 3 packs (x9) loo rolls ffs. But is anyone actually visiting pubs, restaurants etc?Considered cinema tomorrow and my local has 9 screens, 30+ showings and I would be the 15th ticket booked for the entire day. I have some money in fundingcircle (the loans not shares) and fully expect to take a hit on these as they are all sme loans. Cineworld and other chains will exist albeit with a different ownership probably but what about the independent shops restaurants etc. | dhb368
14/3/2020 21:06 | Gsa. At $30 PTAL are profitable but would delay exploration. | dhb368
14/3/2020 18:59 | Swerves - I know a couple of people who specialise in oil, one said - this one mate of mine works for a Swiss broker went and asked their oil bloke so brief answer, oil will be back in 6 months don't worry buy on the bottom sit and wait, where's the bottom, got to go bye .... that was Friday. The second one is more known to me, I asked him to find me any oily that can wash its face at $20.00 - none. Then I start thinking about debt serviceability - who can survive at $20.00 and service their debt - its none isn't it ! what about at $30.00 - stumped him good and proper, lifting costs etc theres none out there that he knows of - BP and RDSA look ok, so they will halve in value - that gives you a bag when it comes back. One bag in 6 months plus the possibility of a 9% dividend being retained ?? So Armageddon, loads of oilies and refineries going to the wall, trying to take on debt in this market, imagine the dilution ? Last man standing can come out and play, sweep up the bits he likes and put them into his business model and properly crack on. Where are the 3 - 5 baggers in the oil industry ? I've looked everywhere else I can think of and I still come back to this and go OK it will be here next year, it will still be debt free, its production will have increased but still not be massive, but its potential will be. It will be worth - 12 - 15p in the new reality out there - oil back @ $40.00 - why not ? Mr O, Sold Galz for $100m and netted $28m to develop MJF and BNG. Didn't take on loads of debt to develop MJF and BNG. The price of oil will go up quite quickly running towards next winter as production will drop from the USA (shale bust ) Nigeria ( bust ) Norway/ UK North sea has problems )needs an instant 0% tax ? ) then Russia and Saudi will have squeezed the market together will let it bounce hard to refill their coffers. So little old casp who will have 2000 - 3000 bopd from MJF by then (?) will be plodding along in profitability / break even, maybe still trying to flow a deep every six months with a cheap acid workover. But it will be ideally positioned to take lots of assets from the Banks who will now own them and now be prepared to take massive haircuts, Total may be saying you want Dunga its very nice, has a lovely refinery, please strike oil at 3AB , if you strike oil at 3 AB will you take Dunga we don't want it. Mr O talks to Kazans Gov't and asks I can take Dunga but I can't afford to give you 60% of its production but I will only employ and train Kazak nationals to run it for us if you put your share back to 40% ? So I think this will touch the high 2's at worst then consolidate and start to move back once others realise its the only AIM oily that can run at $16 a barrel. If you know of any others that can compete in this quartile Id be interested to hear. | georgesorearse
14/3/2020 18:02 | GSA - it wouldn't surprise me if they bring out an RNS next week to this effect! | swerves1
14/3/2020 16:35 | Rutter ...must have almost halved their average assuming they bought them back ? Scary times.. Monday ... more of the same I think, can see casp sliding into high 2's unless the BOD want to release positive news or update the market with a forward looking cashflow statement... like .... further deep drills on suspension while poo low... mjf will be drilled as payback is x ...we are breakeven at $16 we and our largest holder Mr O are looking at mergers and acquisitions as the market worsens and consider this to be an opportunity. | georgesorearse
14/3/2020 13:22 | Yes you're correct GSA There's a bloody big splodge of luck with share purchasing / selling How the utterances of a President such as we have across the water can alter the direction of the markets beggars belief. But hopefully with an upturn for CASP on Monday. Hope Control is ok | rutter |
