FK,Yep, that just about sums it up. All companies being punished, good news is plenty of bargains to be had. I hold and focus on 3 stocks for the future, CASP, HUR and SXX. All taken a beating recently but all with great prospects. All about staying in the game and having enough solvency to take advantage.I'm sure next year will see many of the " I wish I added some more' but not always easy to do if cash is tight. muddy_40. I don't know but someone is asking the question to Clive. I personally think the coil tube got stuck so it may go down quite a long way.

On the plus side - they got it all out last time this happened!

If we get an rns saying that we have done another 200m or more - I think we will certainly see a recovery in price here. A sniff of an impending flow test and back to 10p.

Do they know how much this metal obstruction extends too? they are milling at 4054 meters in last RNS, does it go to TD at 4450 meters?

Slide 13 on Feb presentation. That is a lovely area to in-fill drill! Anything close to 143 could be producing 700-1000bopd. It will be a very interesting Spring next year. I hope they double down and drill the three deeps and get at least 6 MJF wells drilled to get that production up. Obviously, we need to see A5, A6 and 801 finally resolved also.

5th November - what will the next news be?

Deep Well A5 Sidetrack-2 (A5 ST-2) has a total depth of 4,450 meters. The pre-salt carbonate reservoir is perforated over a 105 meter interval (4,332 to 4,437 meters). Milling operations to remove a metal obstruction in the well continue to progress at a current depth of 4,054 meters.

As previously announced, for the 15 days between 23 October and 27 November 2017 prior to the formal start of 90 day testing, the well flowed at the rate of approximately 3,800 bopd before being restricted by a partial blockage. Our intention is to restart the 90-day flow test once wellbore is clear of obstructions.

Looking at the oil price fall. Most analysts are saying that this drop is on pure speculation of lower demand but not at all based on the facts of the situation. Demand is high, OPEC were expecting sanctions on Iran to kick in much earlier and traders were expecting Saudi to be punished...all in all, the imbalance is small and there is an OPEC meeting in the coming days. There has still been a massive decline in exploration and the big oil fields of the world are depleting. My bet is that oil will be bouncing much, much higher over the coming years - even if the stock markets are moribund.

Anyway, the rises and falls at CASP are always driven by very low trading volumes and you get a real sense that factors in the background are driving the price rather than the facts. It will be interesting to see what happens here over the coming months. Every time we have traded at this level over the past 5 years, we have bounced. With the expected income next year from deeps/shallows with the new full production licence - our net income may end up being more than the current share price!!! It wouldn't take much if you think about it!

Toggle - I think these are off book trades - could be mm to mm or Kazak book order, whoever it is has direct market access.

My personal conspiracy theory was that some of Kairats shares that he took the loan out for were forward sold from 12p down to say 8p, these are now being bought back in time for next year, loan redeemed crack on for production licence the loan note holder makes a nice profit.

I can confirm that 2 of the 6.33 buys over last 2 days are mine. Normal trades, all purchased and picking up a few on a weekly basis, just bored !!

Half the trades last Friday and this week (inc all todays) have been Trade Flagged "OILQ" or Negotiated Trade Waiver Condition on the LSE Web site

x2 - this is all about getting the MJF full licence and 3AB going through. Everything else will fall into place once these things have completed.

We may still being flowing the deeps one by one. We don't have huge storage capacity so we only really need to test one at a time.

I guess we will never really know the plan but I guarantee you that there is one!

Volume is tiny but good to see buying although I suspect it will be matched by a sale to similar value.I suspect that 801 will be an ongoing saga, pressure not high enough etc and A5, getting there. MJF progress statement and the A8 spud.
