Not much froth in the Caper share price now, unlike many AIM stocks I could mention. Providing that MJF is continuing to produce, hopefully at increased flow rates with remedial work, then this is a BUY at this level. Licence conclusion will see increased revenues come quarter 1 2019 allowing the planned infill drilling regardless of deep success.

Not many stocks that will weather the choppy market conditions, this is definitely one providing nothing sinister in the offing.

Money to be made regardless of next deep result.

x2 - we have had news every 6-8 weeks this year so far...last update was about a month ago so could be another 2-4 weeks wait imo. They don't seem to care about the share price at the moment so obviously they are looking at the long game here again. Certainly a buying opportunity between 7-9p as we wait for news!

Well, they flowed A5 for 15 days allegedly before notifying market so quite possible that they're doing the same here and it would avoid another humiliation.Much that the ship isn't leaky, i'd have hoped to see some little purchases from Kazakhs with oily boots.My wager is for more delays on 801 together with a progess report saying that they are nearly there with clearing the A5 obstruction.

x2 ...just to add - selling CASP at this point at 7.9p is daft! 90% of those investing in the market don't make money on a consistent basis - selling at 7.9p is just an example of why! You are right though...some people may have got in at 9-10p and are now sweating as they have put in money that they can't afford to lose or they can't afford to wait!

x2 - I don't think so. I really don't think these are excuses. I think they are working hard to get these bloody wells to flow! However, as Clive stated, they want material news before they will inform us...so I doubt we will get an rns saying 'hey - we are flowing'...more like 'we have been flowing the wells for 15 days and so far so good' or 'we flowed the wells but again, after a few days we have ended up with a new blockage'.

I really doubt that they would blow their own trumpet again without giving it a good few days on test. If you think I may be right, then we may have already been flowing for a while???

Selling at 7.9p, that is distressed, regardless of whether news is poor or not. Leverage beibg squeezed or peeps had enough of Casper, probably both.Acidisation started w/c 24/9, now into our 6th week and they have material news to deliver. The A5 news should also be do but probably the weather will be used as an excuse, to boggy, transport stuck in the mud, haven't used that one yet.

The MM's will know that there are a few leveraged T positions in play so will know that they need not pick up anymore now and wouldn't surprise me to see a 'Green Door' moment. Lets hope that our FK's optimism translates into a blockbuster RNS with 801 and A5 on test. Entirely possible but i believe it'll be another episode of our Carverspeak.Tick, tock.Smarty

Market is not very liquid and believe our MM's have enough stock. Can buy 100k @ 8.01 and sell 25k max @ 7.9p which is very weak. MM's have picked up stock down to this level from 10.5p so easy money to be made on any good news and still making money as the odd Carp takes a few.

More often than not when I think a share price looks oversold and cant go much lower it immediately proceeds to prove me wrong and goes into free fall mode!

Buying at 8p ? MJF underpins this so downside is probably to the Sep 2017 low of 6.5p but it will bounce rapidly from there. Providing nothing sinister going on, there's limited downside to any purchase at this level and the upside is considerable as we all know.

A quick 20% knock on poor deep knows aided by the choppy market but i believe the news will be in Carverspeak ie mixed and confusing as always.

I'm actually tempted to take a few myself !

konil - I don't think they are doing anything wrong currently - just working at a very slow pace due to cash restrictions. Still trying to grow the company organically without dilution of the main holders. They obviously think that come January, with MJF on international prices and the potential of flowing 801 and A5 - it is worth waiting to see what happens! The alternative is to borrow more from our CEO at 7% interest and this is not really what anyone wants at the moment. Within a few months, we will know more about where we are on all aspects of BNG. An annoying wait but CASP is STILL one of the best bets on AIM - even more so at 8p price imo.

yes hoping for the same end result with the deeps of course. about time we had some luck. i just think smarty's wariness is well founded given the history. maybe oraz and satyl will get a better qualified team in place soon. bwdik.
