Next quarter ends at end of June... earlier I suggested that the merger may be completed about then... so we may get more drilling detail late in the quarter ???

1st July is possible date for merger
‘
A) 30 June (or close) is normal date of Annual Report (for 31 Dec 2016)
B) 30 June is end of first half year with higher Domestic Oil price (16us$ v 10us$)
C) Date is halfway between General Meeting and Long Stop date
‘
A and B are for Accounting convenience and for loan negotiation
Finance House will negotiate but not grant loans until merger is completed.

well, well, well - that's 3 wells!

in the ig interview he mentioned bringing all 3 deeps into production, 2 in the next qtr.

they must have the results ready to flow...i mean ready to go.

timber, thanks for keeping us updated with links to those interviews.

in the first he mentioned 1 deep result in next qtr, in the last 2 he has mentioned results on 2 deeps in the next qtr. now i know that roxi time...err...caspian time is in a warp of its own, so 'next qtr' could mean anything.

but if they are seriously trying to move the share price they can see all the talking is having zilch effect, no one believes any of it any more after all these years of delays, so they had better start delivering the results rather than just talk about it.

i'm guessing they already have news but are doing a beauty parade to awaken interest so as to get maximum bang for buck when announced.

Control,I can't disagree with your concerns as they are factual. Yep, binning Roxi name could be in hope of leaving the failures behind but if anybody believed that then they shouldn't be invested here. Carver and team have not delivered the deeps yet and they've had 10 years to do it. They have managed to keep the business running by selling Galaz which was a great coup and developing the shallows & forward selling the oil. Many other companies in the same situation eg MXP have failed but I'm willing to continue trusting until I see real reason to bail.As far as we know -;3 deeps are still in playOn the cusp of delivering Yelemes MJF like structureDebt freeCarver is on the PR circuit, why ? They need the price up, they need cash but this won't happen unless they deliver good news. If they are confident on deep wins then they'll attract the investment and there's that curates egg again ! Not many 10p shares on AIM with 3 deeps in play, all completed, just waiting for commerciality or P&A. As far as we know, they are liking to prove up 700mb P2 in 15 months and that isn't a long time. A lot is going to happen with most of it likely over next few months and we'll know our fate this year, good or bad.The downside risk here is minimal and non existent if Yelemes comes in. Value the business at 700mb P2 with lots more to come, I think you'll come to an interesting number. Not without risk but I'm going to trust in Carver to bring it home !!Smarty

Think about the strategy here.

Merger
New Company name
New PR campaign

They are putting their name out there and i'd have thought that this would have started to gain momentum by now. The story is compelling and the only reason for the lack of upward movement must be a trust issue as a result of the failed deep program to date. A little bit harsh as it looks like they're on the cusp of bringing one or two onto test but people are obviously not buying it yet.

Interesting to hear CC saying that they're hoping to get 2 to flow commercially, uninterupted for a week or so and then over to G&C to revise the reserves no with the aspiration to get to 700mb.

The next few months will be defining for Casper. I've said it before but this is the time whereby they have to deliver and if they do, the credibility will build and with it the ability to sell the future story.

Company believe that the shallows underpin current market cap, we're going to know pretty shortly whether we are in this for the long term or ready to exit. Multibags to be had here if they can do what they say, if they don't then they're production licence will be under pressure come 2018. Maybe that's the real elephant in the room and people need to see them deliver.
