Target date for Shallows sale completion getting closer!

Do we get an RNS next week extending date to 31 Dec 2024?

Wonder what happened to the drill of well 815? Was it a dud? Or is it putting more cash into the swelling CASP bank account earning 14% deposit interest rate? ;-)

To add, all trades today are buys apart from the 3.3p trades. True market 3.321-3.47 so the mid is now correct. Can sell 700 and max buy 300k . Tiny volume by PIs but good to see 800k in the blue column not the red as per ADVFN stats.

Chart is interesting - now almost back down to the level at which it dramatically broke upwards from a pennant formation back in July, after the 803 unexpected discovery above the salt level. That dramatic increase took the shares to 5.25p very quickly.

We are now, after a relative hiatus in newsflow, just over 3 weeks away from target completion of the shallows sale and the consequent significant inflow of cash. Should clear the logjam on all kinds of developments.

Same can be said for UTs on CASP, MMs seem to be surviving on fumes at moment, the third UT in so many days, uncrossing £700 of stock just after the close, talk about loose change down the back of the sofa

Clear sign Project Phoenix Rising needs to kick into action, sooner the better ;-)

Why don't you try and focus on what is actually happening at CASP and provide valuable input on that from your own unique perspective

Some peeps will see loads of value here, especially those that don't carry the battle scars from long term investment. Still lots of uncertainty and risk but the big rewards are still in play and more assets being added to the pot. Personally I don't believe the Orazimans have the personal cash to retain their related assets like the barge, B8, mining, WS etc hence the acquisition by Caspian. The big question is fair value deal structure for all deals and not a siphoning of cash for worthless assets. I don't subscribe to that conspiracy theory but many will. At done juncture we'll see them flip the assets or bin the company and share price won't be 3p.

The priorities for Q4/Q1- New NED- AR deal completion- Licence renewal on deeps so we can test B8 and 803- WS spud and completion c 2 months- Mining acquisition - New A5 sidetrack - 803 partner assigned Sadly, we've scored an own goal with BNG licence and stalled proceedings . Net result, PI selling and as BM states, certainly not the big boys. There will be buyers and we'll continue to range trade until we receive updates on sone of the above. I'm hacked off with the delays too but I will sit it out until some of the fog and uncertainty lifts.

Do you see anyone from the Concert Party either selling shares (at a third of the true asset value assessed by Zeus) or publicly whining that things aren't happening fast enough? Particularly things totally outside management's control?

Well they can have every last one of mine for 10p LOL. But i bet we are not talking about that price to buy out from the present share price. It would be a dream to get out with a good profit and not spend year after year waiting for the Caspian miracle RNS.

Time will tell but you must agree their communications over the last six months have been very negative. It is as though they do not want the price above 4p. If I am right then why would any AIM company deliberately keep the price low. The only answer I can come up with is that a low price gives a cheap privatisation. Why have they not filled the director vacancy again that ties in with my theory.ATB

P,I and others have given my point of view many times and the reasons why it's not in their interest. Obviously it's not impossible but it's a NO from me
