10/5/2021 13:01 | I come out with a much higher number !!. From shareholders questions, net back from $40 oil = $31 after costs, $23.5 after tax. Processing and transportation will be the same, tax @ 18.75% = $48 netbacks on export. 1300bopd 65% Export ? = 845bopd = $1233pm/ $14,796 pa Domestic @ $12, don't know netback but if we say $8 ? that's another $1m pa. I haven't looked at gross receipts for 2019 year where average production was similar @ 1388bopd (Toggle) but production licence not awarded until Sep 2019 so revenues would've been far lower with Domestic sales @ $18/19. Add to this the cost cutting and reduced operational spend, i expect to see a far better financial position. Yep, MJF $800k per qtr is damaging speed of operations and they could drill a few more shallows pa but we're still waiting. The MJF charge will be a boost as it gives them the chance to increase operations/revenue but we need a result from a deep or barge rental to see the real catalyst to share price appreciation. Yawwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Market still well bid with 550k max sell @ 2.33p and 250k buy @ 2.394p. Still nobody has a scooby as to the future but there is one bit of good news, they're not going pop ! 2020 Finals will be interesting to see the effect of Covid but i suspect far better than many expect. 2021 managements should be the best since incorporation, especially with healthy crude price, reduced costs and returning a profit. | xclusive2
10/5/2021 09:37 | rns 5th feb " Assessed BNG historic costs We continue to appeal against the BNG historic costs of $32 million to be paid quarterly over 10 years, which have been levied entirely against the MJF structure, despite that structure represent only 1% of the total BNG Contract Area. We look forward to the case being considered by the Kazakh authorities later this month. In the meantime we prepare to pay the next quarterly payment. " and " Deep Well A8 Our intention is to fracture and complete the well at the current 4,500 meter depth, which we expect will take two months. In the event this does not result in commercial quantities of oil we plan to drill a further 800 meters to the original Devonian target at a depth of 5,300 meters. " above 2 items way past expected dates but no update. and new mjf shallow wells performing poorly and very slow bringing further shallow wells on line, so unlikely to see the step changes in production originally hoped for. could deep well a8 surprise to the upside in near term from fracturing? or will that fail and will we hear of devonian attempt? fag packet calcs suggest current netback c.$750k/month? does anyone have another number? meanwhile the $800k/qtr charge for historic costs continues to drain the life out of the company. good here innit? | konil
