and further - doesn't sound good that MNSS is possibly to be wound up. Another duff move from CLA and still wondering whether we all haven't just been taken for a ride on this one...

crab4t - sorry, i've not checked this thread for ages. Mainly coz i don't particularly like being reminded of £80k gone down the drain. I'm sure you can appreciate that! I haven't spoken to GK since last we spoke but will contact him again - let me know if you still want his number.

And next time if you want to contact me, just leave a message on the FRR thread or email me....!

My shares are held in nominee account via Barclays, who are supposed to pass on to me any info issued by CLA. They never ever have done so, despite me asking !! If anyone does receive the promised newsletter, please share details on this board. I will pass on any info/update received by phone from Greg K. Regards Crabby.

I've been following this thread along with the old CLA one with interest. I
also hold shares in CLA, not as many as some of you I'll accept but have just had a read back over the old posts. Makes for interesting reading!

CLA was floated at 1p with £1.5 million in the bank giving it a market cap
of £2.1 mill.

Then as a result of talks and speculation of a Russian Oil and Gas deal the shares started trading at 4p giving it a market cap of over £8 mill with nothing but £1.5 (probably less by now) cash in the bank and no other assets.

I'm not going to go over the history again, we all know what happended but for varous reasons the company never relisted after being suspended. At this point it still had £1.2 million in the bank. Have a look at the 30 odd other cash shells that were taken off AIM at that point. Most spent all the money and folded.

Yes the company is ours but as Buzzzz pointed out the value of CLA is the value of the cash. Even when it was listed that values it at £1.5 mill with maybe a premium for the quote. Not the £8 mill that a 4p price that many (even me) bought shares at.

Anyone consider this was a high risk play and high risk plays have a downside?

Anyway, just my 2 cents for what its worth. Sure some will blast me for it.

crabs

I have no idea on the value.

CLA will be valued at cash in the bank until we have a project. Cash in the bank is what we get from MNSS!

Buzzzzzz----- Our investment in MNSS has apparently done well, the balance of CLA funds have stood still (less expenses?). What"s your take on the value of CLA shares as things stand ? Regards Crabby.

farmer ---- Using the information provided by CLA that the shares owned by them in MNSS bought @ £2.19 were being offered to Instis/private investors @£4 plus should we not therefore expect CLA to be around 8p a share on a pro rata basis ???? Regards Crabby. Jpuff Thanks.

if anyone knows of any possible decent project/company/IPO that requires cash injection let me know - it may sound daft but deals can be done in this manner, i've an idea that I may put to GK but will mull it over first...

have had contact with GK - will pursue further next week as i didn't get time this week but it looks like a document/update is being knocked up as I speak. I think from what i can gather that the holding in MNSS is to be sold off (at break even or maybe slightly better?) whilst the company is still looking at other possible projects or even winding up and returning money to shareholders...

GK seems reasonable enough but it took a less than congratulatory email to get a direct response...

I know for a fact that Greg Kuenzel looks at the BB comments, so lets hope he takes heed of the mood of disatisfaction, and growing demands for news and action. Lets face it ,PI"s deserve respect for the patience we have shown so far but enough is enough !! Come on Greg, Colin ,et. al.Let"s be knowing what the hell YOU are doing with OUR money !!! Regards Crabby. Best Wishes for Christmas and the New Year everyone.
