got the circulation document today - anyone who hasn't should ask their broker for a copy - makes interesting reading, not sure if i like it or not but at least it's something!

Difficult to comment without any info, mine are held in a nominee acc so I dont get relevant info as quick as paper shareholders, i'm totally guessing here but would this company involved be something to do with a car/truckmaker from a place south of a very large mountain range?

crab4t and rob you should receive notification of the egm if you are a shareholder with all relevant info for you to read.If you dont get it ask your broker.
Bombers, agree with you on that. Was initially sceptical about this share deal but having read the blurb and digested it a bit I think it could be very good. In fact the idea is quite clever really and instills confidence that directors have thought "outside the box" to rescue the situation and hopefully turn finances around quite quickly. This will either boom or bust in my opinion and my gut instinct is that it will boom. Any one else got comments?

Hope CLA will deliver for us.

The guys behind this company know we have all suffered and there were some high profile people with shares in CLA and it is in their interest to deliver a good deal.

I cannot always post in detail as that would be betraying confidences.

I have good reason to believe that this deal could be quite valuable.

anyone heard anything more about an egm date. my broker has been away on hols for 3 weeks so i have no information but i would have expected some date at least to be announced by now. Are we to accept that this is a complete write off now or am i being prematurely pessamistic?

Hmmm £1.25m left. Not really going to go very far. Might as well have a knees up for the shareholders with it!! At least would get some enjoyment out of it.
