Niksic has been trying to attract investment for modernisation for years without success. The issue is on what terms does the venture offer value and to that extent we have to trust on the perceived expertise of MNSS. Clearly CLA have that faith.

My understanding is that after the placing and acquisition of Niksic, the directors have given an undertaking that once a valuation can be placed on the investment i.e the steelworks, MNSS will be floated on AIM. At that stage, consideration will be given to issuing CLA holders with shares in MNSS. CLA's holding in MNSS represents only 3.77% of the share capital. In turn MNSS will have a 66% stake in the steelworks valued on a replacement basis at US$500M which will have cost them US75m.

Can someone comment please with the truth, I called my broker yesterday and try as he might he can't find anything by today regarding any note being issued, about any prospectve deal, incidentally that is GHW&Co, so please someone come out with what has been heard elsewhere, we're all concerned shareholdrs here!
