19/2/2007 09:57 | RK thanks for your detailed post. my post wasn't very clear now i have reread it. What i meant was the aim float of MNSS being around May time, not the relisting of CLA. Anyway, your post was very concise and sums up the siuation as I understand it, other than the timing of the MNSS float. I personally dont see CLA being relisted because of the expense and feel/hope that the shareholders will be compensated by having tradeable MNSS instead. If all goes well there to apease shareholders a little, then i wouldn't be surprised if the board make a small offer to buy back cla shares to take control and keep it a private co and do with it what they will having also made money back via their MNSS stock | dime

17/2/2007 12:01 | Has anyone got any further updates on this one or are we still looking for May time before we hear what the cla shareholders are going to get for their investment? From memory which is poor, i thought we were looking at March time for an aim float? RKJones your comments appreciated. | dime

29/1/2007 14:42 | Dime, Nothing come yet, but they promised to send it and any other reports from any other shares I hold when they receive them! | jethr0
29/1/2007 09:07 | jethro, did you manage to get the info from broker? If not another thought is to ring the Company directly and request that they forward it and any future info to you. I have done this before in past with other stocks and they have been happy to do it in fact still get circulars from stocks i no longer hold. | dime
22/1/2007 12:01 | Dime, just been onto them and they say they haven't received anything as yet, but will look into why they haven't! while on the phone I requested a forwarding of any info about all other shares I hold with them, (can see forward to my postman with a broken arm) lol, Thanks mate! | jethr0
21/1/2007 21:22 | My nominee account is held by Barclays. Despite my requests (3) for info , as yet nothing forthcoming. Regards Crabby. | crab4t
21/1/2007 08:49 | Ask your broker jethro for the info released at the end of Nov/early Dec re notification of egm and company developments. As you are in nominee any info will have been sent to the nominee account holder, presumably your broker, who should have sent it on to you anyway, albeit a bit after everyone else. Hope that helps! | dime
16/1/2007 10:45 | Help anyone please, Has there been a circular recently or something, my shares are held in a nominee account! | jethr0

15/1/2007 19:06 | I still don't understand, how with £1.5m in cash, they could not have say, burned up £500k in expenses etc and still had a £1m to invest in a resource project. Plenty of small resource stocks do not even start with £1m. I never did understand this company, maybe there is some surprise value for those who showed faith to invest. | cimac
15/1/2007 18:53 | Atleast the original investors in at 1p per share get taken care of, even they will have had to wait what must seem like two life times. | cimac

30/12/2006 11:51 | mac, Yes mine also, It really does grind on the bank balance doesn't it? COE, is not on my list of favourites to follow in the future! | jethr0
30/12/2006 09:53 | jethr0 - i'd assume too that the 2.5 pps refers to the current CLA price/share structure. I'd written this one off to be honest, so anything back would be a bonus - kissing goodbye to a notional £80k in the process!! | macansy77
29/12/2006 10:21 | Rob BYF, would agree with you, I think we all want some decent return on our money thats been layed out for far too long without any return, ok shares, particularly AIM and cash shells are always a big gamble, but also we all would hope to be told the whole truth and kept up with things going on, somewhat more than we have been over the past two years, don't know about you but it's frustrating me having a large lump in this one that I could have had in RCG/ CMM or COH all of which are doing well for me, don't get me wrong, i've also got other dogs as well! LOL. | jethr0
29/12/2006 09:42 | Jethro, C O-W talked about 2.5p of 'real value' which I interpreted as relating back to the original CLA share price However this works out, I hope we get some value back (macansy reflects my own feelings!). | rob byf
26/12/2006 11:00 | Rob BYF, 2.5pps, is that a supposed 2.5pps increase on the base value, which is around 57p if my memory serves me correctly (after this xmas ale) at post consolidation value? That should then be total value per share of 59.5pps by next May, is this correct, if so it falls some considerable way short of our originally suggested 116p? Macansy, When you see that Shell are/have pulled out of some big oil/gas deal in Russia this last week it shows what pressures are on by Putin and the Russians for total control of the oil/gas resources over the vast majority of the european/northern hemisphere, if the Americans and UK pulled out of the middle east now, how long do you think it would take the Russians to walk in on a "friendly" basis of "we'll help you rebuild this little lot"? | jethr0 |
