Takes away 1/7 th of the EBITDA and about a quarter of the cash flow at a stroke...

Of course they say they are going to replace that through cost savings they were working on...

May be able to wipe out a lot of the £14m interest on bank loans and overdrafts

But they burned through so much cash last year has this been forced on them?

Last years comprehensive expense (losses really) was -£244m so getting rid of something profitable
to shore up the balance sheet looks forced.

Out of interest what's opinion on big gap between 16.22p and 18.36p do you think the MMs will feel need to fill it, as don't always have to?

Any other company which sold a subsidiary for the same market cap as the whole company would have doubled at least not CPI unfortunately.

The gross sale proceeds from Capita One is almost the same as the entire market cap of the group a few days ago. It will become debt free and the rump of businesses should be valued higher than the current market cap. My target was 28 p (double that at 14p when I bought in). I may now raise this target higher than 28p.
