Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer might take the crown by leading capita into administration, his performance until now clearly shows that possibility |

Talking up is part of the process...along the way more hurdles drops out of the sky that requires more talking up...until the talking up runs out... |
And back slapping don’t forget that!! |
If investors and Market had confidence in AH, share price would not have fallen from 22P to 13P. so far he has shown and delivered nothing but only talks. |
Is that volume for real...price action has become very hollow... |
Just like day follows night and night follows day... |
Another 12/18 months !! 😩😩128553; |
Back to reality as JO put it 👍🏻
Every stock has a 'share price bottom' sooner or later. It is pointless in trying to guess where the bottom is.
The most important point is that AH and co have been at the helm for only 12 months. AH and co have had to make the 'hard' decisions. AH has had to 'unwind' Capita's interests in areas that are not (and never were) central to Capita's core business model and proposition. From what I have seen over the past 12 months, AH and co have made excellent decisions to date.
I have full confidence in AH and co. Capita will be a lean, focused and profitable company in the not too distant future. I've been involved in many turnarounds both in my work (EG consolidating, restructuring, and refinancing debts) and as an investor. It is clear to me that Capita will be a successful turnaround story within a short time of 12-18 months. |
Troll4ever you literally were 😂🤣.... |
Troll savage your fired 😂🤣 |
Having highly incompetent senior management in the last ten years have completely destroyed this company. Now it has reached a stage where it has become irreparable. |

Good morning sad fired troll gal 😁 |
Rockwood Q4 update:
Capita fell 26%, downgrading profit expectations, partly linked to higher NIC costs for their +40k workforce but also due to challenging contracts that pre-date new management. They upgraded cost saving targets to £250m and reiterated confidence in the 6-8%margin target vs estimated ’24 of 4%. |
It is a dying company for the last ten years. Lets see if AH can bring this back to life, so far AH performance is reflected in the share price down from 22P to 13P since he joined. It is a clear sign that market does not have trust in his ability to turn this around. |
Dipfit / barbie4 🤣🤣128514;😂 |
Until they show FCF … it’s a dead duck |
Furthermore this ties up with the steps that the company has shared at the end of last year at Capital Markets event which is to improve shareholder value by:1) being more efficient2) integrating more digital solutions and AI for customers and in the companies own processes, to help improve our margins, improve cash generation and drive group revenue growth. The delivery of these key priorities, particularly positive cash flow generation, after negative cash flow in 2023/24 will be a key factor in improving the share price and rerating of the company. It was recently stated by the company that they expect free cash flow to turn positive and for this to be sustainable towards the end of this year. As this becomes visible expect this will drive a considerable rerating of the share price at these ridiculous levels. |
