26/7/2021 22:26 | More like 0.5p, at best. | thehitman1
26/7/2021 22:26 | Lol, dead.Looks like they are expecting a fund raise. Never trust a yank to deliver anything. | thehitman1
26/7/2021 18:00 | Once a definitive timeline for readmission is available? (In the fullness of time.......). It is looking like 10 days to go, possibly? Getting the funds ready to snap those early sells up. It is sounding like an opening share price around 1.5p could happen. 7000 bopd is sounding a confident prediction, eventually, so share price heading up and up within months.... That is ignoring Nigeria. DDDD. | dandadandan
26/7/2021 14:24 | On page 11 of the latest results: "Pre-license Costs The Company recognized $150,000 as pre-license costs for the three months ended March 31, 2021 that related to an anticipated new acquisition project. No pre-license costs were incurred for the same period in 2020." I wonder is it the west African EOR project, certainly spending has increased since the last set of results. Hopefully get readmitted before they unleash this one. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/7/2021 12:58 | Saint, True, from the statement today it sounds like Q1 was certainly to be part of the readmission process. We're now getting closer to the Q2 results now too, so hopefully the process will be nearing completion around then, fingers crossed. Art is gonna provide us with the timetable in due course. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/7/2021 12:00 | Yeah sounds like they couldn't get the Prospectus finished before the Q1 results were released. So now just waiting for them to be incorporated and then hopefully a successful re-admission to the FCA and away we go | saint in exile
26/7/2021 10:59 | Acty, Here's the latest: "With the completion of the Q1 financials, the Company can now work towards finalizing its Prospectus, which is required in final form before readmission to trading on the LSE. Once a definitive timeline for readmission is available, the Company will give a comprehensive update to the market on its operations." That to me sounds like they're preparing the final draft and relist should be soon, probably during August, then the fireworks will commence. Looking forward to the comprehensive ops update on relist. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/7/2021 10:41 | My guess 2 weeks or sooner. Canada opening should be interesting at 2.30 today. Expect huge volume and price. | con90210
26/7/2021 10:29 | What date back? | actybod
26/7/2021 09:45 | Sport, Could be, market value at suspension was around £57m before completion. NPV of Wyoming is around $336m (Oil price up from $39-$71/bbl). So plenty of upside, also results show that the miscible flood is clearly working. Also plans include drilling lots of wells, progressing 226, activating Cole Creek back to production again, so lots of upside on top of the current reserves. No wonder HSBC and RBC both came in for around 5% each. Acquisition price was just $2.18/bbl and look at the current oil price, Art can make a deal for sure. Makes the future potential acquisitions they're looking at exciting. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/7/2021 09:37 | Looking forward to seeing the prospectus now...1800bbl/d+ on a reasonable PE surely puts the relist at 1p+ (even with a fully diluted 18bln shares in sisue) | sportbilly1976
26/7/2021 08:34 | Coffers loading daily. Production increasing. Oil flying Lovely | tidy 2
26/7/2021 07:56 | With the acquisition closing on 16 March 2021, the Company's production averaged 1,220 bbl./day oil (gross) 706 bbl./d oil net for the term of 16 days until 31 March 2021. Current oil production has increased 50% to approximately 1800 bbl./d (gross) due the commencement of increased gas injection volumes on April 1 at the Company's Barron Flats miscible flood project. | zxie
26/7/2021 07:53 | Good stuff fellas, Q1 out within the specified time and I like the part that the AD can now be finalized and they'll give us the relist dates once they have the timetable. Also worth nothing is that between 16th of March and current production is up 50% even though the increased injection rates started on 1st April, so quite a dramatic impact on the production to date given the fact that there's a 2-3 month lag for the reservoir energy to build up. Exciting times, looking forward to the relist and the next 50% increase to production. Again the short term activities makes for interesting reading. Lucky, The latest share price guidance was given by friends of Harold and they suggested it would be shorted back to 2p so more than x5 the current share price. That may be a little ambitious for the short term, long term looks easily doable as the oil price has dramatically increased the value of the 31mmboe (close to 30mmbbls of US light oil). We now know the miscible flood is working well as of today's results, also the company are actively looking for further acquisitions in Africa and elsewhere. We'll get a much more detailed operations update jut before the relist, now that the financials are sorted, hopefully coming soon. My long term target here is still 5-10p pre-consolidation equivalent. Hopefully the next ops update will give some guidance on the situation with our NOP on the Wyoming assets. All good onward and upwards, I'm especially looking forward to them progressing 226 with Essar given that the PIB has passed etc. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/7/2021 07:19 | You got it all wrong. We now coming back at least double the current share price | luckyabbeygale
24/7/2021 10:04 | Accounts at last. Getting ready to take a position as the early 'need the money' sellers bail out. hxxps://www.sedar.co This has 'multibagger' written all over it. The deal could not get better. $$$$$$$$$$s. D4 | dandadandan
24/7/2021 09:09 | All coming together now. Lot of details to read and digest but this looks promising. Q2 and Q3 will be game changers with increased producing still. Can see this being a 20 bagger over the next 2 years. | con90210
24/7/2021 02:07 | And on time here we go.... | jamie414
23/7/2021 21:44 | Quick re-list next week is what I'm hearing from the Canadian side....shall see though! Interesting times now that is for sure. | jamie414 |
