Bill,

Well that's Nigeria for you. It requires patience but occasionally they do grant some licences. Their economy is under great pressure as their oil production rates drop and majors pull out of the $1bn+ projects. They need the likes of Essar, Shoreline, Midwestern et al to fill in that gap.

Looks like it. Still have to get those updates on 226 and the acquisitions. That's the danger of trying to trade these. Its like Mustafas post on losing money. These move hard on low volumes let alone news. Trading is crazy given the size of 226 and what an extension and free carry by a huge company like Essar could do to our small cap.
