Makes perfect sense!

Art has his hands free now that Noa is free carried as per agreement (90 days post drilling option to 15%). We know where their priorities lie with the leading statement about the company:

"The Company is actively pursuing opportunities in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa in partnership with Shoreline Energy International Limited ("Shoreline") as part of its strategy to generate stable cash flow from secure offshore and onshore assets."

To answer you question. Essar Nigeria getting the extension of the production sharing contract for OPL 226 beyond the current term that ends on September 30.

An acquisition would be fruit in the cake with more to come! If that makes sense...

Charles,

Very true, billions of shares in issue didn't stop these from rising from 0.035p to almost 0.6p in the recent spike and it won't stop it rising on further developments including first production (whether that's NOA-2 or an acquisition). You're catching on. Placings that transform a company are a good thing not a bad thing as all listed companies place shares at some point.
