The reason for the delays is that its AFRICA TIME where everything moves at a snails pace.
Am in EEL as well and have been 10 years in that stock and and still waiting for a resolution.

copl have been working on OPL 226 since mid 2014.

agree...

no chance of insolvency as he would have issued billions at 0.08p to keep Copl a float.

lot of hard work has gone into OPL 226 over the last 2 and a half years and not forgetting mozambique.

I would hope the have alternative finance lined up as insolvency beckons . looking back at the prior placings , Art made a raise aprox 3 months prior to funding being needed .
so leaving this late ... to the line must mean an alternative means has been secured .
