or sell a stake in Shorecan?? ie sell 5% of their stake for several odd million.

I would say Mozambique first, then followed by court case - that's also holding back price, and I doubt anybody is going to advance any financing before court case is sorted otherwise they'd be bloody stupid.

Copl needs funding maybe the Service Provider will provide the funding...based on future oil sales.

even if they rise say £3m at 0.12 then they would still have a market cap of around £6m and if they get all the approvals and get the oil out of the ground could easily be worth a couple of hundred million.
