Lifestyle company accusations feel like a reduction of PI interrogation, the worse diagnosis is competence.

Underplays the $10m spent on gas, hides the failures of maintaining the financial arrangements.
They are also taking a haircut 23-24, as per G&A reductions.They have spend money and failed.

The motive is to keep the gravy train running and to just keep diluting - like the previous times the company has consolidated, the last one was only a couple of years ago.
