More failure than lifestyle?

They did pump more gas in and they did actually workover wells. It just hasn't worked yet.
Geology can outlast funding I guess!

Multiple companies have been at cole creek, looking at the frontier 1 and frontier 2 , the niobara, tensleep, Shannon, they've all been looked at, yet here we are, that's the real danger. That the geology is too hostile.

I agree lavish wages make it more fun for them than us. Should they be a little embarrassed by the $ they take home? Maybe, about 400k a year for 19 years would make me blush

It's just the way these dodgy lifestyle companies work. Raise, consolidate, raise, consolidate.

Yes Senior lenders not bond holders controlling the company.

There is no JV and no RBL just a terrible money pit of an assets sucking equity to death via unlimited dilution.

Consolidation makes no difference.

I'd say more confused than given up hope. As Edmund says, we are left guessing when we shouldn't be.

Not very polite timing on that document. Not a great deal of respect in another non appearance either, I havent been in a situation where a CEO is held to such little standard and has to make no case.
I suppose some people face the music and others don't.

My take they are baking in some security for beiing unable to raise full RBL amount to repay the SCF. It must be proving to be difficult and the mealy mouthed historic excuses of rates high rates from August is exposed as misleading

Jaknife,
Two situations:

1) B/h have 40% the company has 400m shares and no cash

After consolidation and a raise

2) B/h has 40%, the company has 1bn shares
and has a) cash b) no SCF c) delineated field.

Exactly, so it raises the question of why? There is no minimum share price to be listed in the UK so it's not that. 412m shares don't necessitate it and neither does a full conversation of the bonds at 1.2b shares. Has the JV fell through and we can expect a new raft of bonds to fund FD? Who knows? Name change is a clue maybe? Answers please Art!

Pertinent to remember a consolidation followed by a raise is beneficial hugely to Bondholder.

That's the SL not the bondholders. If you are going to slate the company at least get your facts right.

Bondholders control the company. They are not allowing a single penny to leave Copl America. Shareholders have no economic interest in the asset.

Your EOG comment is ridiculous.

How would you know? The bondholders don't own this company either.

I think some mistakes people make is to think there is an alternative. No one but no one unless they're taking 30% interest wanted to lend to COPL.

They certainly couldnt handle that so they end up with bonds, the bond hder has additional risks and they can almost write their own check.

News today? 99% of mistakes come from expecting old men to behave differently.
