Any fantasy of share buy backs, bond buy backs dreams of carbon capture? You may as well put your holding under your pillow and wait for the tooth fairy.

LSE still don't undert these bonds.
As was suggested on there they need circa $80m to pay back. They can't partially pay that back.
The interest element remains if they pay them back early or not. I test is charged to term. Just the rate of charged to term marginally decreases.

The Sp needs to be 8.75p before they are even permitted to cash bonds.

As for share buy backs? Why on earth would they do that whilst a bond holder has so much to convert.

I was invested for a couple of years prior to Atomic. We all know what Art is like but there was genuine hope that Atomic was a viable business and things would change.Unfortunately it's just enabled them to become even worse!

Gold, you were invested at one point and on LSE?
What was the limit? Did you take a hit?

As for Shaa, yes MMs have been collecting stocks for quite some time!

Doesn't anyone suspect all may not be well?

The cliches and approval seeking his does reminds of a sweet young neighbour that had downs syndrome.
So I wouldn't go too hard on him, we don't actually know who people are behind the keyboards

Not sure TW did say that scan, perhaps he was more along the lines of forever always secret untold raises?

I don't think they were even that secret; additional production or alternative financing was the stark binary.

Most supposed a position of improving business,, as we were told, as was indicated to always be coming and as we were informed was sometimes already happening.

Arthur isn't on PIs team, but certainly has alligned successes. TW has neither.

The going concern is definitely a big problem. They don't have enough cash (despite all the raising) to pay the bills: Which means they'll need to keep diluting. How anybody would find that to be investable is beyond me.

A couple of days before the share price crashed 75% shaa posted the MMs want your shares they know what is coming

And his dopey clueless followers recommended him

That was TRULY HILARIOUS

Edmond - Tom w did - lots of times, long before the big crash. A shame for you that you ignored him, or weren't aware. Might be a good idea from here if you don't ignore his circa 0p price price target , endorsed by the bond wizard W Shakoor.

!bilf - I haven't checked but were previous cautions quite as stark as this

"Furthermore, the Company does not have sufficient working capital to cover forecasted expenses for the next 12 months, and does not have cash inflows and/or adequate financing to continue its operations."

The going concern isn't any kinda gotcha.
There is enough money, it's a shame TW didn't produce something when it was more serious

Maybe you trolls could look at every SEDAR update on COPL over the last few years? You'll find the same going concern statement in all of them, so hardly 'bombshell' stuff being hidden. Just a suggestion....

The Canadian disclosure rules are stricter so you can usually find a lot more nasty info on SEDAR than is disclosed to AIM.
