500k max 0.3p

mm's are seeing not many are panic selling on yesterdays news and are now offering little seeing as there has been twice as much bought than sold since the news.

Did you notice STA today, suspended, issues moderate results, tons of liabilities heavily loss making and comes back this morning and rises over 400% at one stage the market is nuts.

Especially when 2 mm's drop on a £280 sale

I get a quote 0.32p for 3750000 lol but I'm not accepting

might as well see how far they try to shake it on these tiny sales

i've been here so long that the imminent suspension actually seems to me to be a buying opportunity given intrinsic value (ignoring market short term sentiment)
cant believe am actually tempted !

I have around 13 million not worth selling the mm's are onto me these days in all my stocks they would just slash the price 30% if I tried to sell on less than a million. Samar is genuine and I do believe eventually most assets will be sold and there will be a huge return of cash...I don't care anyway about the money atm

Shame I cannot buy them from you as the mm's will screw you massively but understand each to their own rules.

I still believe I'll get 3 times the current price...lots of value in this business but painfully slow getting it.

I've dropped 166k Dave, and will be getting rid of 1m more before they suspend. That sell order is in.

A punt is a punt, red line for me is holding through suspension.

100k at 0.33p and 166k at 0.32p

The way they dropped the price you think millions were dumped.

I doubt anybody has sold any or if they have it's tiny amounts

mm's will go for blood as they normally do.

Most in this have been holding for a while anyway, another 3-6 months to treble your money is not a bad thing I hope

I had a feeling reading over the weekend that they might suspend the shares again but I'm ok with it because we rarely get much action.

Everything else is very positive however.

A combined valuation assuming a sale of Paynet premises not rental is over £4 million.

Add the cash on and you get a potential £5.4 mil cash pile.

And that still leaves a few bits.

Going to hold

Shame LSE down, cannot see what caused the drop here. I'm guessing somebody has sold some and got ripped off by Wins as usual.

Can buy at 0.325p online, lowest for ages

So Vast just expect Zim to hand them over.

Can CMB expect to get all their money withheld by the Zim banks and government then ?

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, wishes to announce a further update to the RNS of 2 February 2023 regarding the settlement of historic claims.

The Company advised that as at 1 February 2023 the High Court of Zimbabwe granted a default Order against the Minister of Mines & Mining Development relating to the release of the historic parcel of 129,400 carats of rough diamonds held in safe custody at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

The Company is pleased to announce that it is now in receipt of the signed and stamped High Court of Zimbabwe Order relating to the release of the historic parcel of 129,400 carats of rough diamonds held in safe custody at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (‘Historic Parcel’) and will now commence the process for the initiation of a lawful and transparent process for the release of the Historic Parcel into the Company’s possession.

Well that it's.

They have so many things that amount to current market cap.

Property worth £2 mil, stake in AFP worth £1.5 mil, legacy withheld funds of over £1 mil, cash outside Zim in USD over £1 mil.

Even the existing business seems to operate at worst at break even.

But in this market nobody gambles on dead stocks but if the right news hits there will be a load of get rich quick traders piling in at double the current price.

I cannot believe people would risk paying over 1p in Vast when it was sub 0.2p start of the week bloody nuts with their track record

Agree Dave, have been following the shenanigans over at VAST too. Am taking this as a positive re Zimbabwe's 'apparent' rapprochement to historic business. Anything positive wrt paynet would be a game changer here. Fingers crossed and all that.

Never really heard any more about this ?

Crazy the way Vast 7 bagged this week from low to high yet it's a total scam of a company all because of news in Zimbabwe. If you told me a Zimbabwe stock would spike to 1p this week I would have just assumed it would be us CMB but alas not to be

Still think we have super value here trading miles below NAV and with Samir holding almost 70% it does not take much to move this in either direction, hopefully north.

Vast RNS today

"“Despite taking longer than anticipated, I am very pleased to announce that after many years of hard work and discussion with the Zimbabwean Government the matter regarding the release of the Historic Parcel has now been amicably settled in a manner supported by an Order of the High Court of Zimbabwe. This demonstrates the Zimbabwe Government’s and in particular His Excellency President Cmd. E D Mnangagwa’s commitment to resolving legacy issues related to investment in Zimbabwe in a transparent and legal manner for the mutual benefit of investors and the Country and we now look forward to the releasing of the Historic Parcel to the Company.”

Sounds positive for Zimbabwe stocks
