Last weeks Interim's were a great shop window for any interested party looking to buy a part or the whole of Cambria.

Glass half full - cheers

I think it's a crazy valuation on the low side because naturally everybody is afraid or backs away from Zimbabwe stocks but they still pile into Prem now and again.

£1.66 mil market cap

£1.1 mil cash outside Zim.

Profitable business's
Properties worth way more than market cap

And do not write off Payserv, that used to make £2 mil profits a year only about 3-4 years ago, if that could return or sign up in new countries the shares could go nuts.

There is quite a bit to take in but cash outside Zimbabwe on its own is $1.4million. A very good time to be in cash. Additionally looking at previous results this looks much better. There is hardly any debt here and as CEO owns most of stock he will look to maximise his returns. I am just joining the journey near all time lows.

2022 interims:

Profit after Tax increased by 158% to $245,000 for the Period compared to $95,000 achieved in the same period in 2021

Net Asset Value ("NAV") $6.468 million.

CMB Ceo.

As mentioned in my CEO report at the end of FY2021, Cambria's story is now focused on realizing its NAV - which remains at 3.3x its trading price as of 27 May 2022. I remain optimistic that this is a realistic and realizable goal.

That is my small buy. Loose change but holding just over 1 mill now. CMB is in the predicament where you cant really sell anywhere below 0.30p and looking at historical news this news has been far better than most. Again like my EVG well cashed up.

So I've joined you guys at this level.

Wins on L2 are the only mm playing

They are on the bid and offer at, I did check earlier and you could buy and sell 1.5 million online so very liquid.

Still that now 1.5 mil both ways.

405k buy, anybody claiming that one ?

Yeah but surely Sammi could have left the RNS for 7am.

Lost count how many times CMB has done this now. When you finally have some great news to share then do not bring it out at 16.28pm which everybody knows from history is normally a time for bad news.

You are assuming the company cares about the share price. Many just get on with the day to day tasks of running the business

I took the afternoon off David, just pointless watching this all day in and out.

So you are telling me that news was not good enough to get one person to buy in except me and you.

I still think he dropped another clanger issuing the news at 16.28pm

Had these results been 7am they would have been read by thousands of investors and surely a few would have took the plunge on those numbers

Dave- I think rather than being ignored, the wider market just remains ignorant of the value here, having missed yesterday's late RNS. If,as I do, you believe this will become good at some point in the future, I feel this presents a great value buying opportunity.
(Yes,that was me with a small top up just after yours. I have too many already to do much more of that though!!!)

Who's going to sell those numbers ?

The 249k is not mine so they might, the 2 x 250k is a day trader so they might but I really thought this would be up 50-100%

Fundamentals mean absolutely zero now in this game currently, it's all about momentum.Nobody will play a dead CMB at 0.32p but hundreds will play a flying CMB up 50% at 0.5p if was up that much but looks like yesterday's news is being totally ignored

If he issued this news at 7am today this would be flying with loads of interest.

Does it at 16.28pm nobody has noticed.

I mean I took the 150k and 350k so just one other person has bought these numbers.

What a crazy market

If you write off Zim cash and all the other bits apart from safe cash

Strip off safe cash from market cap you have a £400k company that has just made £200k in 6 months...bonkers

It's not impossible they will find buyers for their property either.

I have 3 million and got battered in the last few weeks drops but I think a swing to profits will be on the card. I'll try and get that 0.31p in the morning for more

Looking at it further what stands out apart from NAV is the turnover / profit which has risen substantially. This look very undervalued now. I will look at historical performance as well.

I never saw them as travelling

I wonder if that parasite pump and dump merchant topinfo saw them as that looks like his style of trades 2 x 250k one second apart right before the close

Anyway pay day and remember sellers are not always in the know, that 3 x 1 mil seller each time way below the bid might be regretting that tomorrow
