6 weeks since the RNS, I wonder how long these deals take to go through ?

Probably explains why Samir is selling up. I'd take a hit on the property perhaps sell £1-1.5 mil instead of £2 mil book value, just sell everything and return all the cash which would still be around treble the current price

True.

I always run with the idea that value will out in the end.

I'm sitting in a lot of other stocks waiting for things to happen and they too are friendless or quiet and some of them have outstanding fundamentals.

People are just chasing anything that moves now simple as that.

Lets see what happens when the deal is done and CMB have £2.7 mil ish cash in the bank

Also it will soon have way more cash than market cap, profitable with several assets.

Not many stocks have that.

Sadly the market in 2022 has become a ponzi where nobody will touch a dead stock but pile into the same stock if it is up 30-100%

We have waited a long time and I can wait longer for a good pay day here.

Firstly this is a quiet stock, there's virtually no investors left in this game and not many that are will play little CMB. After the boss I'm the second biggest shareholder now.

"clarity" he's been making things clear for a while, realise NAV and then I assume do a big return of cash. In the long run 1p maybe more, hopefully in the short term on the next disposal 0.5p will be coming our way.

Obviously any material developments with Payserve would be massive, that was making millions 3-4 years ago and if that could return out of the blue but atm it does not look likely.

Mental PREM is going nuts again up and up and up while this again is being shunned on continual good news.

We need some clarity - dave

Is he selling some / all of the company if / when bids come in ?. Or is he just leave a status quo in the hope that the government changes ?. The markets and investors would take a deeper look, IMHO

Wins up well online on just a £200 buy.

Probably would rocket on a bit of interest but nobody like playing these stocks atm unless news.

This is nuts.

It's 0.33p bid for 3 months solid, announces great news on several fronts and it's now 0.32p bid.

I keep going back through the interims and annual report, people just do not want value anymore, they want instant profits on trades.

With 51% in tradenet they are actually profitable too not too mention several large scale asset disposals to come along.

That seller last week at 0.3p well that was just bonkers.

Don't worry I'll get my 1p+ out of them while traders lose money or take £100-200 profit

Sold 100k CMB at 0.35p and 0.33p to drop the mm's but they know my game, the intention was to pick up 2 million sub 0.35p but they were only offering 300k max at 0.345p with 0.37p for more, they had the cheek to offer a premium for 1 million shares 0.3915p when they have bought some at 0.3p

Anyway sold 200k, bought 600k at 0.345p great price

Tbh I do not want you to get back in tomboyb because you'll only sell out again for a small profit.

We need investors not traders in this one

Probably the worst trade I have seen in 30 years of trading and 22 years of internet trading where we could see the trades.

It's bad enough people selling but to sell a tiny amount substantially lower than the bid where 4 mm's are sitting on 100k each is just mental.

Looks like I will be increasing my stake here because this is nuts.

Cambria Africa PLC

Cambria Africa Plc

("Cambria" or "the Company")

Paynet and Payserv Sue BAZ for US $100 million

Cambria announces that further to its announcement of 12 June, Payserv Africa Limited and Paynet Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd have instructed their legal practitioners in Zimbabwe, Titan Law, to commence legal action against the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe (BAZ) and related parties for anti-competitive practices seeking damages of US $100 million. Payserv Africa and Paynet Zimbabwe are subsidiaries of Cambria.

Payserv Africa and Paynet Zimbabwe continue to engage individually with suspended banks on the Paynet platform as well as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe to find a solution to an impasse which has resulted in the suspension of services. Cambria believes this has exposed the banking sector to significant security and privacy risks. It understands banks are currently managing payments using manual spreadsheets sent by email and flash drives - much of this information is unencrypted or insufficiently encrypted.

mm's cleared ready to butcher all those that bought in yesterday that cannot hold.

The 500k yesterday at 0.42p sold for 0.36p

For anybody watching there might be a nice entry point later
