24/4/2018 14:00 | are there any trees left to cut? NAV atm? liquidation progress? | odvod
07/2/2018 17:03 | good point at this time I think | odvod
06/12/2017 07:39 | trees growing slowly | kaos3
04/10/2017 07:41 | I've sold the very few I had. The running costs are so high in Brazil that I can't see any upside. Better to take the circa.9p on offer and take the loss. I won't be investing in overseas timber again. Its a very poor investment. Glad its not sitting in my portfolio anymore and reminding me weekly on what a rubbish investment I made....over and out! | topvest
06/8/2017 19:46 | It was a good buy at 6p 12 months ago, not so sure now with the Hawaii sale dragging on and costs not being reduced by as much as I would have expected. Having said that there is probably a decent profit still to be made here but I sold out a few months ago when they said they were reviewing the listing. I assume the Hammar sees no point in it now. After all he won't be able to trade out his position. He is in for the duration. | hugepants
31/7/2017 17:40 | Realy conflicted on this - Like cash sales / asset but what makes holders think that they can sell Brazil asset before cash drains away ? I can't see it but I really would like to as this is right up my street and I am very short of new, good, ideas | rjmahan
31/5/2017 11:44 | not so smooth sailing | kaos3
02/5/2017 19:32 | The only thing I know about the chairman is that when he dumped his wife his teenage son smacked him in the mouth, causing some damage. He is also a bit of a specialist at taking directorships at problematic funds. | mad foetus
02/5/2017 19:14 | From today's update "The Board is actively seeking ways to continue reducing overheads, including re-assessing the justification for continuing with the costs of a public market listing" | euclid5
29/4/2017 18:46 | that's what they all say.gl | runwaypaul
29/4/2017 17:44 | Would expect this to move up substantially at some stage. | jimbowen30
28/4/2017 13:21 | Hammer has bought another million shares | mad foetus
21/4/2017 22:17 | The Hammar has increased from 11% to 21% | hugepants
30/3/2017 13:46 | The Hammar is still buying. He is now above 11% | hugepants
10/3/2017 17:59 | Still no news yet. I think we will get news by the end of March IMHO! | nesty1760
01/3/2017 16:24 | I would think it is sooner though I gather it is in 3 stages of different lands etc. Someone bought 10% and due to the buyer track record. IMHO I would say 12-18 months wasn't on his agenda. More like present to 4 months! | nesty1760
01/3/2017 11:41 | am I right that there might be NAV realisation by first selling wood in Brasil, then land mass and only Haiti remains if? But 80 % realisation? It just feels like it reading the reports and confirmed by recent buying. in 12 -18 months? | odvod
27/2/2017 21:25 | Certainly value in this share. Very tightly held | nesty1760
27/2/2017 20:00 | At an £8-9m market cap, mostly tightly held presumably at this stage, it won't take much interest to move this, but as it is being wound up anyway, it probably doesn't matter too much either way. | mad foetus
27/2/2017 15:58 | Nice to hear fellas. I do think a bag is certainly in the making. Hammar bought 10% people like him don;t throw in that money on a whim. Just a question of waiting for the news. The one thing which goes against it. Hardly anyone know anything about TREE. It will only be when the RNS is announced (assuming it is good), that the herd will start piling in! | nesty1760
27/2/2017 14:34 | I've bought a chunk too | jimbowen30 |
