Over 50,000 sold at 150p yesterday afternoon. Not baby bids left at 150...... look forward to the 140's imminently and then lower and lower imo The so called bid approach at 160p would surely be buying now BUT NO, the price has fallen and will continue to do so imo

You must be very long of the stock. Dangerous to trade CBOX on CFD's. You sound desperate. Keep the tabs for yourself

Hardly correct. The competition against CBOX is now growing. Imo that's why the price is below the initial bid approach level

So impressive that the Aussies have heard of Cake Box and like it so much that they want to buy the whole company.
Of course the take over offer of 160p 'materially undervalues' the firm.

You are the eternal optimist. Share price not indicating that at all . Be lucky to hold 140p imo

Finsbury Food bought out.
Huge demand for M&A in this sector.
Cake Box will get a revised offer soon IMO.
160p was just a test. 200p+ next.

Justice for the many - you're dreaming.. The price is 8 p below the 'supposed approach level of 160p. And results have come out since showing no growth. If a bidder was still there they'd be buying everything around up to 165imo at keast. This stock imo us going nowhere but down. Why did the superb Chairnan/ non- exec just leave ? Will be below 150p v soon and then test 140p imo

Wages now rising faster than inflation also helps the consumer.
The Aussies will be back with a better offer. No doubt at all IMO.

Traded above 400p less than 2 years ago.
Still growing, new stores opening, Scotland expansion, hot summer hurt demand last year but no such risk this year. Every shop across the UK is packed and sales are surging.
Margins improving also as inflation and PPI/raw material costs are down significantly vs 2022.
Bargain.
Revised take over from the Aussies and others highly likely, 250p will be accepted.

Private investors do not influence a share price. Your tiny holdings have zero impact. Hedge funds do.

This is very worrying. Could CB face a class action claim regarding this ? If so, it could potentially wipe them out

Good point @Levison1. I understand your position now. Thanks for sharing.

And I think a lot of people agree here that the current mgmt. is not competent to grow this company into the next big league. Perhaps, a new professional mgmt. can help along with a revamped board.

Fair point Sid BI have no ulterior motive whatsoever. I sold all the stock I had at higher levels. I've been suggesting fellow posters sold at 180, 170, 160and now just as much at 150pI can see this price going well south imo. There are many doubts I have and now cheaper competition growing and the Chairnan who was good now gone
