Just registered fora webinar with AJBell on Wednesday 10th May where Sukh Chamdal will be presenting for Cakebox. Imo that can only be good news and AJBell clients will no doubt be buying from this silly discounted share priceUp, up and away CBOX

Agree, better value and quality options out there.....at the moment anyway.Their CAGR earning growth has averaged 28% since 2017, and apart from a Covid induced decline in 2020 its mainly been very decent double digit (from +21% to +70%) annual growth but now it seems to have reduced considerably and IMO FY23 eps will have nearly halved. Yes inflation and cost of living has clearly impacted them but with such a high gross margin (circa 48%) why aren't costs being fully passed on?, why has Rev growth not kept pace with store growth? and why are they ramping up significantly the charges to new franchisees aka the DOM strategy that failed? (no brainer in that this has come from Mr Botha).

I had a look at it from a franchise point of view and thought it was too much investment for little return, although Cakebox themselves do okay on margins. For me as a share I wouldnt invest currently as plenty of other stocks are better value.

Shouldn't worry about Levinson, he thinks everyone that isn't ramping this is a shorter.I'm not a shorter either by the way, I'm actually interested in investing but need to see this demonstrate sustainable growth and not seeing that at the moment.Perhaps more info in their prelims might enlighten us as to what their longer term strategy is....if their income per shop is falling then it's obviously not going the right way.A new website apparently next week so hope that goes okay, wouldn't be surprised if there's a few glitches though.

CBOX pay VOXIt's not unbiased analysis, they are paid to focus on the positives, likewise the house brokers 250p target that's been that even after their massive profit warning, hello, they are also paid by CBOX.Only naive people would think this is worth a PE of 25x to 32x.....get real. Also, the BOD still have to convince the market that they are trustworthy IMO, that won't happen overnight.I'll keep watching to see if they do turn this around and generate serious growth.

Discodave the shorter. Still expanding in U.K. and now have whole international arena to expand intoWhere else can you get a rapidly growing stock on a PE of 6, that gives a high dividend tooGo back to school Discodave - you're remarkably interested in this stock and can only be short which is why you spout such disingenuous nonsenseI'm a buyer of CBOX roght back up to £6 per share

CBOX ate imo as cheap as chips. They are doing better now than where share price was ?4. Next will come the international expansion On a PE of about 6 for a fast growing company . These will soon be racing ahead

You haven't a scooby have you.One minute you were ramping, then calling 90p, then saying 900p. How much have you lost?.Have absolutely no position here. Never shorted it, have held but at this price not inclined to go long again......unless they change strategy to generate growth.
