There was a large site beside Cairn recent purchase at Fassaroe, Enniskerry... 22 acres, site runs down to the village, so that's an attractive strategic site.
I see it's just been sold for 4M.
This is an area where houses sell for 1 - 1.5M upwards.

Well, I added further earlier this week.Since the recent update, the number of Stocko long screens passed is now way up at 8, including the Jim Slater Zulu principle one.It's StockRank is 87 and currently tagged as a 'superstock'. GLA.

Yeah, I've bought more, if it goes below 150 will add again. Should, in my personal opinion, be attacking 170 soon.

Yep, a little OTT reaction today imo. share price performance has been great in the last year or so, on the back of super company performance/updates. He still holds a mega number of shares as per the update!

Sunday Times article, stating Cairn have bought a site in Wicklow from Cosgraves.
Likely to build c. 2000 units, road network.. a small town.

There's also a 22 acre site for sale beside it, I bet they will buy it

It's 4 months since I last mentioned that CRN was one of the very few shares that qualified on Stocko for the Jim Slater ZULU principle long screen. Just to let you know, it still does today also, only 4 qualify as of this morning.
