They did plan to explore their tenure in the Po valley but the Italians have taxed exploration highly on that region for now. Agree would like to see some profitable use of their cash I suppose something may come from this new investment and not just a 5% return.

Painful to see a huge pullback like this, so hoping we get some good oil flow and estimates news.

It's hard to believe this might rerate but seeing JKX, ZOL, and RPT multibag gives me more confidence that markets can change perceptions if the company shows it's turning.

That is why the share price has lagged the market imo, money not being put to use, they have sat on a cash pile for quite some time much to shareholders disappointment

Diesel - it's undervalued relative to cash, let alone anything operational!!

Last results had $41.4MM in cash, 235.7 MM shares, which is about 17.5 cents/share

It just doesn't do anything oily with it

Quite right, this could double or retrace, no clues in the release, but I do sense some excitement from a normally staid management. One more thought, this share was probably undervalued before and maybe the downside risk from here is limited, may buy more...

PFP (Pathfinder minerals) LATE rns today mostly missed by the market.. £6m cap and funded with directors taking shares at a PREMIUM placing of 2p... HUGE HUGE news giving the green light after 8 years of waiting...
Today's RNS which is a real game changer. Its taken 8 long years and for the first time the light's turned green. The asset is huge with over 1bn and will be doing $323m a year for 30 years!?, and worth over 300m revenue annually and the current market cap (6m) is utterly and grossly disconnected.

ONLY 270 million shares in issue... Even A share price of 10p the mcap would be only £27m. Multi bagging right there.

Next update will likely decide which way this goes and it won't be long before we hear more detailed analysis of any potential commercial find. I don't know if it will be good or bad but I'm holding for good news. It's a very unloved (and untraded many days)stock so I'm hoping that perception will change also with any positive and especially meaningful oil find.

This has so much cash in the balance sheet that at least it's not going to be continually placed into like many other small oilers.

Good luck to holders (including myself lol).

Seeing how JKX, RPT and ZOL have rerated recently, I'm holding on here.

More details imminent on this drill and if huge oil find is confirmed then this level will look like peanuts. But that's just me, I sold JOG at 16p for a small profit and missed the subsequent rerate.

Decided to hold more oilers longer term now(as long as balance sheet is healthy or at least profitable) and CAD is big with cash.
