05/2/2019 17:36 | Big sells into close.... | richardjohn10
05/2/2019 14:21 | Market Cap too low. 22 min onwards | soultrading
31/1/2019 13:07 | That's what I thought 10 years ago, catsick! Maybe the market just thinks it's a lifestyle company, rather than one that is fired up to make money for shareholders. | spangle93
31/1/2019 10:10 | Cant buy any of these at the mom no offer, they are sat on a bunch of cash, there are loads of nice safe high irr projects floating around they have a super cheap team to evaluate them and when they spend the cash if they are smart they should at least trade up to nav ! | catsick
30/1/2019 10:26 | Is this a blip on the heart monitor....or are there signs of a pulse? | waveneygnome
30/1/2019 07:50 | Perhaps they're acquiring a quality asset. Wouldn't want them being brought out on the cheap! | targatarga
29/1/2019 16:01 | Yup, one of the biggest one day rises for a very long time, maybe all the progress cleans up the business and makes it attractive for takeover? | diesel
29/1/2019 13:35 | trades today..... something afoot | targatarga
16/1/2019 19:59 | For me, there are good news from Cadogan Petroleum announcement. E&P business unit reached $4,8 million of revenues in the 2018; E&P bu 2H2018 revenues growth 24,50% than 1H2018; Drilling activities is ongoing on the monastyretska license for Blazh-10 well - second well in the last 4 months; Exit from shale gas project and marginal gas assets (low upside potential and low margin assets) - closing of the transaction on time; maybe new flow tests/re-test of the Vovche-2 well to achieve pilot production in the Bitlyanska license; Lastly, Michelotti's Words 'Cadogan can look with confidence to a future as a profitable operator with a positive operating cash-flow'... Bye | brumbrum79
02/1/2019 09:41 | It surprised me by actually drilling a well and performing 3 workovers. Such frenetic activity hasn't been seen hitherto for many a moon | spangle93
31/12/2018 10:39 | Likewise to you targatarga. One year this company will surprise us all... | spangle93
31/12/2018 10:12 | Happy New Year everyone! | targatarga
20/11/2018 12:26 | It's getting to the stage where the company might start buying their own shares in the market imho | targatarga
16/11/2018 19:39 | Its oil Jim.......but not as we know it. Still....at least we didn't spend sqillions trying to drill for it. | waveneygnome
13/11/2018 08:23 | Nice trade! | targatarga
12/11/2018 18:04 | targa - with AST there's a big question mark looking backwards as well ;-) Something very dodgy in the country of Illyria. Moreover, CAD likes the sleepy life, and they'd certainly inherit a rabid bunch of angry shareholders if they took on AST. Today's move seems eminently sensible. Let's hope it's part of a bigger plan for investment elsewhere, and growth. Italy would be OK, but everything takes forever to happen there. PVE/UOG found gas early this year, it can be connected up with a new 1.5km pipeline, but it looks like being into 2020 before it will happen. | spangle93
12/11/2018 10:50 | Seems reasonable, more cash ! Keep building the cash pile and find a 50pct irr project in the much safer po valley to spend it on, while maintaining a super cheap research and services team in the super cheap Ukraine ... | catsick
12/11/2018 10:44 | chestnuts - cadogan are looking for value. Looking at Ast now there's a big question mark going forward. imho | targatarga
10/11/2018 10:26 | Morning all Been doing some research on AST and on 24th March 2016 Cadogan put in a bid which wasnot high enough just wondering if they would return for a another bid. | chestnuts
08/11/2018 18:04 | We hope and pray.... So far they have played safe and my trust will hopefully be repaid. Perhaps we'll do a regal! imho | targatarga
08/11/2018 16:20 | Just wondering then - do you consider that these shares will ever re-rate, and if so, what would be the catalyst? Or will they remain a dormant bundle around 7-9p from which management can draw salaries and not do an awful lot? | spangle93
08/11/2018 15:59 | The early days of Cadogan were scary. New management have earnt my trust over many years! | targatarga
08/11/2018 15:52 | Their cash position has been well in excess of the market cap for about 10 years. Apparently the market values the assets at nothing and doesn't trust them to hold cash ;-) | spangle93
08/11/2018 13:59 | Good cash position, i'm sure they have a few drills lined up for the spring .imho | targatarga
08/11/2018 12:53 | So far so good. It still has to flow, but the results look promising | spangle93 |
