INFORMATION ABOUT THE DECISION AND ADOPTION OF THE ANTIMONOPOLY COMMITTEE OF UKRAINE (AMCU)

· The permission of PJSC "NJSC" Nadra Ukrainy for acquiring a stake in the authorized capital of LLC ZAKHIDGAZINVEST, which provides for exceeding 50 percent of the votes in the supreme body of the company's management, was granted.

· Permission of ZAKHIDGAZINVEST LLC to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of JV "Kolomyia Oil and Gas Company" DELTA ", which provides for exceeding 50 percent of the votes in the supreme body of the company's management, was granted.

ZAKHIDGAZINVEST LLC is Westgasinvest LLC...

JV Kolomyia Oil and Gas Company "DELTA" is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cadogan Petroleum (references in the annual report 2017 - page 72).

Cautious? I'd agree, and one thing is that they have never come to the market for cash for years. But oilfields have formed in less geological time than the gaps between CAD doing something meaningful with their licences. It needs something to spark interest from investors, and just maybe, drilling a well might do it.

I've never seen why, given the wherewithal that they have, that they couldn't do a bit more operationally, or even buy someone - look at all the oilers with a market cap under $40MM

Hmm, bit of an odd situation. A workover adds a whopping 12 bpd and it's

deliver on its 75% increase in production. It also reinforces the value of the
Company's strategy of creating a solid base for growth by monetizing the value
of its Ukrainian assets with minimal deployment of capital"

But a fortnight ago,

The impact on Cadogan of the shut-down of Cher is a loss of production of about
15 boepd (net to Cadogan) "The delayed approval of the application to renew Cher license will have a limited impact on Cadogan's p/l given the marginal production volume involved and the current severe taxation regime.
