23/2/2010 16:44 | Help!!! Can anyone explain to me how come cadbury shares are still trading when my cadbury shares have been automatically converted into Kraft shares? | croquetman
09/2/2010 21:56 | linney3 Just seen this story on BBC News. The way American businesses operate is as bad as the banks. Buying one of the best businesses in the world and now destroying it, is not my idea of good business practice. That's it I'm not buying any product produced by Kraft and I will be telling all my friends to do the same. The trouble is do I not buy UK produced Cadbury Chocolate? | hyper al

21/1/2010 15:21 | PS: cant see any real upside from hear, think we might be at the wire, was not as much as i was hoping for but there you go, walked away with a profit and playing else where now. Good luck Topical. K | kumala
21/1/2010 15:19 | Toplical: it has just been announced on bloomberg, that Hershey has abandoned its planed bid for CBRY, it will probably be reanounced through the afternoon, they interupted an interview to bring the news. K | kumala
21/1/2010 14:41 | Probably just ahead of me K. I'll leave it until 16.00. Any further upside even if Hershey etc. come in will only be limited now I suspect, and for more grief it ain't likely to be worth it. Topicel | topicel
21/1/2010 12:26 | Im out as well now at £8.3550, a bird in the hand and all that. been n to long and dont want to be stuck with Kraft shares, as far as another bid coming in well, it just might come to fruition but the signs are not loooking to good now. will be continuing to atch from the side line. good luck to all that are still in. K | kumala
21/1/2010 09:05 | That's the main reason why I got out | tinker
21/1/2010 08:09 | What irritates me about this, on top of the very poor price, is that if you are a small shareholder you are not catered for. There is a non-guaranteed mix and match facility, but if it is not fulfilled by an equal number of shareholders wanting Kraft paper then you get Kraft CDI's which are very difficult to hold or trade. Therefore, I assume that I have to sell my Cadbury shares now, incur dealing costs and miss the 10p dividend. Not addressed on the Cadbury web-site at all which is pathetic given the number of small shareholders. Very poor treatment or a fingers up to small shareholers if you ask me. Not happy with this. Anyone else in the same position? | topvest

20/1/2010 09:19 | At least you all know when he said derisory he was talking about his pay off! Seems he could not care a less about shareholders and employees and was only looking after his and the BoD's interests. | pembury |
