Absolute rubbish - as and when C4XD receive a milestone payment they will need to announce it to the market. On such a small market cap any payment could be deemed significant. Why on earth would they negotiate and announce the fact there were milestone payments if they werent going to announce them?

The milestone payments will be set in stone - when "x happens you receive a payment." on a stage by stage basis. The legal action by the US government has no bearing on the C4XD deal, in fact it would be in the best interests of INDV to announce a medication which helps with the opioids problem which is exactly what the C4XD molecule does.

are you sure for a listed company? what happens when say a mystery £5million appears in the accounts?

They can keep the milestones secret until one is achieved and a payment is made.

No. You do not have to RNS if it would affect your business because it's a major strategic relationship governed by separate contractual NDA.

It doesn't seem right that shareholders don't know whether a milestone payment is due from Indivior for start of Phase 1.

Went from 60p to 120p when they announced deal in March 2018



2+ years on

INDV will be desperate for this to work

Despite being in a lawsuit against US Government the US Government are funding Phase I and II to tune of $10m

C4X I am sure would love to promote it but they have to wait for INDV to RNS/publicise I suspect

I looked at some public domain milestones for Phase I and they seemed to be in the range of $4-10m

That would be huge for a £16m Mkt Cap Company in terms of both FINANCE and VALIDATION
