Garnet's claim form seeks declarations against VRFB-H concerning an alleged breach of the joint venture agreement in relation to EHL, in respect of the indirect investment into EHL through VRFB-H by Mustang Energy

So is garnet requesting a declatory judgement so the high court will determine if ehl has breached the JV agreement? That's how I'm reading it but then I'm no lawyer.

EHL ownership of 100% of Enerox was my understanding also.

Garnet Commerce Ltd was formally Cribb Construction Ltd Canada (I had them at Calgary though).

But I thought Enerox Holdings owned 100% of Enerox Gmbh, or at least they did not many weeks ago.
Does Mustang Energy have something to do with Garnet Commerce Ltd ?

(As for VRFB-H, I get that BMN own 50.5%, Mustang Energy 22.1%, who owns the rest ?)

It's almost certainly intended as a blocking move against the rto ... Garnet Commerce hold 50% of Enerox Holdings plus 12.45% of Enerox GmbH so an overall total of 45% of Enerox.

Is it the one registered in Alberta, Canada or the one registered in Kolkata, India ?

On the bright side I have a slightly bigger holding in prim who hold clns in must. If must goes txts up they get converted into bmn shares at the end if they year.

Probably at 8 p.....mmm I'm not sure if that is a good result or positive

Well bmn claim it is a vertically integrated miner. But it loses money as a miner and has no other current revenue from the vertically integrated part.

I could say I'm a vertically integrated miner and just sit at home on the sofa I would achieve the same number of sales as b.e. over the last 5 years and not lost a penny. Also no pending court cases.

I have must shares so it could be worthless if it doesn't go ahead . It was a high risk punt as there nothing to fall back on if it doesn'it happen. It's looking like anything to do with fortune is anything but fortune. I can't help feeling that he has caused this court case by poor communication
I don't know the ins and outs of it just a gut feeling.

I think Its become pretty clear that bmn have to back the vrfb market as the mines can't survive long term on their own.

Also on the face of it it looks like they didn't bother to speak to garnet and tell hem with what they are doing . No doubt fortune is behind it and mikail as their communication skills are woeful

Plot I think your being over dramatic. Things are not very clear but your making out bmn has lost all their investment and have a massive liability . It looks more like at a potential blocking move to the must r.to.

What's garnets exact beef ? Why are they opposed to the must investment. There must some reason to try to block it ? Do they think they are being unfairly diluted or something? It must be something like that but it's a bit unclear as the rationale behind it?

yeah all they need right now is a distraction from actually selling vanadium and VRFBs. they gonna have to do some even more serious sitting in comfy chairs sipping coffee. wonder if any of the scepticism in this thread has started to affect *me* yet ..?
