On the fronting claim it's time seems to coincide with fortunes interview where he publicly announced this re-sequencing where they want to make sure the next increase in production generated is the most cost effective and fortune said that vanchem would have priority! The Orion $30 million deal was to be used to take vametco to 5000 MTV and the royalties are attached to the revenue of vametco! If that cash is redirected to vanchem there would seemingly be a very strong case.just musings but the timeline fits.

gah/aim4ever, aim is a traders market, these traders have more rights than you do. The big question is - why are you here with your allegations and continual myopic sound bites and ramping it up for all its worth despite all the factual evidence to the contrary. These traders have more rights to be here to de-ramp it down than you have to be here ramping it up. If you can't stand the heat stick to your paid for aim4ever moniker and leave your sound bite ramps for the closed to the public ra-ra group. It's rather obvious it's you that's being paid for!

Anyway apologies to GAH for any personal comments to him from me as that just makes me as bad as others elsewhere everyone positive or negative should be free to post without personal attacks.

Yes I can Saghir because I have rather deep connections to Africa and have seen 'First Hand' of how they have no real understanding to 'Power' or how that may translate into reality and are wholly reliant on third world aid, surprising with so much wealth, no?

By the way, most mining companies do have a western BoD with wealth sucked out of Africa but because of the African incumbents that sold them licensing deals when they could only really understand the temporary acknowledgement of their 'Pockets' without seeing the 'Bigger Picture'...

Rebel, You cannot make a general comment like African BOD cannot be trusted or Africa in general. Most of the mining companies or oil companies have Western BOD with a lot of the wealth sucked out of Africa.I am just displeased with our BOD and their failures. If they had the decency they would take a pay cut this yr

It provides an important lesson to all including myself Saghir, an African company with an African BoD is not to be trusted and you only have to look at the whole of Africa to realise that they have no interest in preserving their immense wealth...If only they knew how to do it!

I think the question is a rhetorical one. No answer expected.

The obvious interpretation is sell your shares.

Yes, its bizarre how they cannot be fruitful in such favourable conditions, either management is not 'Fit for Purpose' or their just looking towards those rather deep pockets of theirs...

It's not a difficult question guys, why are you here!

Probably to show prospective investors the negatives associated with a BMN investment and, if the company is missing targets, that seems well justified. If the company struggles to make money when the market conditions seem so favourable then management should be scrutinised even more closely than usual - they are being paid to do better.

I keep reading that the company has achieved so much:

Fact : company floated at 20 p with 26.66 million shares

10 years later 12.5 p share price 1.2 billion shares in issue plus Orion.

No dividend or one on the horizon.

Spun off tin after c 9 years for an asset with market cap of c£60 million shareholders got a pitiful payment and bmn retain a small fraction.

Lemur coal ...zero talked about financial close last year another missed targets now not even in rns.lemur Directors completely sold out bmn shares sign of contempt.

Fe had a mou with crec cane to nothing and nothing since.

Set up be. Zero contracts after failed promises nobody knows what the 16% owner mikail does.

Bought two clapped out old mines consistently missed production and costs targets millions spent

Talked about jse listing in 2019 again zero

Directors all sold shares knowing of imminent falling production and rising costs

Gave away a big chunk of revenue in a life of mine royalties deal

Spent a load of cash with no results

Has an operation that loses money at $40 v price this year when average long term price $35......

Has a strike prone disgruntled workforce

1 legal case and a fronting case potentially pending

A continued carousel of institutional.investors selling.

Theres probably more...great achievement bmn

That's gahs only defense and retort he can't face up to the reality and has no counter so just resorts to name calling it's such a standard play now learnt from elsewhere that it's now worn transparently thin. It's basically an admission that he knows deep down that he is wrong

Gah123...17315 is below contempt. A poster who has a different view to you is not by definition a troll or paid deramper. Just like you may not be a paid ramper. The evidence as they say in court, is with those who say that BMN and in particular the BOD and specifically Fortune, have made a Pigs ear of this.

I am afraid that on reflection the poster with zero credibility is you. Sometimes you need to come out of your mental bunker and realise that when the facts change your opinion must change.

Well folks the floods of Europe but what about a prominent black MP from Durban, South Africa stating on national television 'When you are done with looting go to the Indian neighbourhood and burn down their houses before murdering them'...

But I see how Black Lives Matter or is it just a load of 'Claptrap' propogated by the young gung-ho billionaires...

With such wealth in Africa, its unfortunate but they will never realise their potential when you have such 'Du_mbfounded' and 'Unscrupulous' politicians whose only interest is their rather deep pockets!...

So even I'm starting to wonder about my investment in Bushveld Minerals with such a delectable BoD!
