Mo: She quite rightly didn’t mention Enerox, but why don’t you ask her or the CEO of Enerox whether the quotes I posted are factual.

She could confirm whether Enerox are involved and the Enerox guy could confirm if they are too.

Simple solutions are often the best. Go on. Pretty please ask the Enerox ceo 🙏

I messaged him via the contact on their website.

Mo: You are truly nuts. The back peddling is truly embarrassing.

You responded to my post about a Golden Summit after the RNS was released. Until that information was known publicly by way of the RNS I’ve never made any comment about sellers.

You are correct. There seems to be a disproportionate amount of replies from the company to anyone looking for positive confirmation bias. Anyone that emails saying how great they are doing gets repeat replies.

She responded to me and I didn’t like her answers because like I said it was a ‘standard̵7; reply. She didn’t acknowledge or respond to my searching questions regarding BE and the ESKOM trial which was the main thrust of my issue.

No mask slip here Mo. One reply to numerous emails while others get preferential treatment just because they bow down to Fortune isn’t good.

What I want is a presentation by the company where attendees can ask live questions. Plenty of companies do them such as QFI for example.

Another 2M of GS shares cleared today by the look of it. I guesstimate they're down to about 15M so they'll be out fully in about 3 weeks, could obviously be quicker if they dump 2M a day. It's typically been around 1M a day.

And after all of that effort NVHLTD your mask finally slips with your last quote?!!

I knew Chika is too professional for that. There is one point though. I will be asking why she or Fortune chooses to reply to certain investors and ignore others especially as you have such a small stake in the business compared to me.

So we can all take that she and Fortune do not respond to you !! Duhhh🤔ԍ00;😜😜;😜

Fact4. Cont
Implementing that the text had been extracted from previous announcements and altered.
Or as your twisted slippery mind works it’s a general email she sends to everyone?? Ho ho ho. Well if that were the case then you truely would have egg on your face as you didn’t even recognise that the information was already in the public domain?? Even I realised this at the time that I had read this before when you posted it and I smelt a rat hence why I notified Chika

Fact 1 I never refer to a supposed email sent by NVHLTD ( I refer to you as a member on the BB)
Fact 2 the GS email response was jul 30th at the time this was the information that was given to me by Chika which I considered the truth so how I can shoot myself in the foot is beyond me.
Fact 3 Chika did not even comment on Enerox CEO.
Fact 4 I asked if the email was genuine, her response was “Below is the information which has been disclosed in past announcements”. one thing I failed to mention was that all that she had highlighted was actually in a different font and with speaking apostrophes implanting that they had been altered.

No the only thing I’ve done is expose you, I’m not the one who has copied and pasted from previous announcements. I think people made there mind up about you along time ago and the above emails just finally reinforce your disingenuous behaviour towards Bushveld and it’s management.

Zwift: Thanks for posting that. Even assuming negligible degradation over thousands of oxidation–reduction cycles, my back-of-the-envelope calculation makes Borchers et al.'s ferrocenylpropylmethacrylamide—1,1‐bis‐[3‐(trimethylammonium)‐propyl]‐4,4‐bipyridinium-tetrachloride-based electrolyte 8 times as expensive as vanadium per working electron. And expense of electrolyte is already the weakest point of the VRFB (versus the lithium battery in particular). As a shareholder in BMN and in another (less mature but potentially much lower-cost) vanadium producer, I won't lose much sleep over the Borchers et al. battery.

Sorry, I won't be typing out a write-up of how I reached the 8-fold ratio here, so please don't take my word for it. Let me know if you get a significantly different figure.

Will BMN have to Give Duferco a % of the new loan

BMN are settling 50% Of the CLN ( not more )
BMN have to repay a % provided “ No More than 50% is repaid “

The way I see it the clauses in the 2 (RNS) paragraphs below should kick in, BMN are not paying more than 50%

o Obligation to repay an amount equal to 40% of any cash received on a new share issue which raises more than US$30m, provided no more than 50% of the Loan Notes have already been paid, redeemed or converted;

o Obligation to repay an amount equal to 50% of any debt raised over US$15 million, provided no more than 50% of the Loan Notes have been repaid, redeemed or converted;

Hello Chika I hope you are well, so I thought I would bring to yours and Fortunes attention a post that has been posted on the Bushveld Forum by the username NVHLTD, can you or Fortune confirm any of this email true? Kindest Regards Alex Buckley :

Hi Mo: hope you have had a pleasant weekend?

I’ve had 2 emails this week from the CEO of Enerox. It wasn’t clear if he was saying they are involved with the smaller ESKOM tenders, but he said the first was “massive”; and they weren’t involved. In his view it would be won by the lithium guys with a death spiral on price. While these statements aren’t definitive from BE’s point of view they are definitive from Enerox. That or the CEO is a liar. Something that could well be the case given the bull from our guys.

I’ve also had an email from Chika. She said the conditions of the tender are onerous and that the focus was international rather than South African focused. As a result they are tendering as part of a consortium. I’ve asked if they are prepared to divulge who their VRFB partner will be given Enerox aren’t in a position to take part and UET have switched focus and let us down.

Here are a couple of paragraphs from Chika.

“As you may be aware Lemur is a non-core asset, given is it is non-core, we will provide updates on Lemur when there are material key milestones. As we announced in the 2019 Annual Report, The Company continues to monitor market conditions and engage with South African institutional investors. The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the timing of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange listing. As a Group, we certainly want to move to a more mature market; however, this has to be at the appropriate time”.

“We have made significant progress with the electrolyte plant:

We received environmental authorisation for construction of the vanadium electrolyte production facility.
We Appointed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) company, which commenced the vanadium electrolyte plant's engineering phase. The South African Department of Trade Industry and Competition ("DTIC") approved the electrolyte plant project.
Delays of several months are likely for our projects in South Africa due to the nation-wide lockdown, social distancing measures, and travel restrictions to mitigate the virus's spread. This means delays in the construction of the plant. We are also budgeting slightly longer supply chain times in all our projects, including logistics, through H1 2021”.

It’s not enough to have blind optimism like yourself. You need to wake up and smell the coffee. They have shot themselves in the foot so many times and despite all the ‘levers’, presentations, contacts, shared conferences with the President etc etc we are the underdogs.

Good morning,

I trust all is well.

I can confirm the items highlighted in yellow, which have been disclosed in past announcements.
Please note the Eskom Tender has several phases to it, and each one will attract new bids for the supply of battery energy storage options using large scale batteries. The first bid phase commenced in August with a submission date for 30 September. The minimum thresholds are quite onerous with focus on international experience rather than local. Bushveld Energy expects to submit a bid with a consortium of organisations associated with vanadium redox flow batteries to address the bid requirements.

Kind regards,
Chika

Hi Chika, Thank you for responding, unfortunately the items highlighted in yellow does not seem to be working? Ive viewed the email on my desk top as well as my Iphone, but its still the same just all black and white?

Kindest Regards

Alex.

Actually here are both emails for you to use, good luck 😉

Hi Chika

I trust you are well? Could you please pass this email onto Fortune, I am curious as to why Golden Summit have still not issued a TR1 for there reduction in shareholding below 5% between the 31st of March and the 30th of June. I would be grateful if he could offer some clarification on the matter.

Much appreciated, with regards

Alex Buckley.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email.

Golden Summit is not required to submit a TR1 as the shares have been transferred to a different account; hence there is no change in the ultimate beneficiary.

Kind regards,
Chika

Some cracking posts from BRGMG69 on LSE.

At last someone has called out Pdub. In the very same post he tells people that the BB is there to focus on Bmn and in then next paragraph tells everyone about his illness.

BRGMG69 was right. It’s hypocritical and disgusting to use his illness as a weapon to stop posts that he doesn’t like.

Afternoon Mo: Crickey that’s some claim to make against Chika. So you are 100% sure she told you I didn’t email her twice and she didn’t reply once?

Once you confirm I can take it up with her and Fortune. I’m sure he won’t be happy when I lodge a formal complaint about her integrity not to share private information about one investor with another.

I know I’m not lying so either you are or she has crossed a line she shouldn’t have.

You have kindly given me your real name and email address. I will be sending it to the pair of them once you can confirm.

A German company has developed a Polymer based electrolyte for a safe and efficient RfB hxxps://www.azom.com/amp/news.aspx?newsID=54690. I still think BMN will do well but they should stick to being a miner and supplying V to to the steel industry
