Imagine where this would be today if GS weren't selling large chunks. They'll be out soon enough (today's volume will help) then the market cap can move up to a more sensible level.

Mo: I’d like to retract my job application. Based on your profit methodology I think you may have problems. Good luck, but I’m out!

Where do I start?

Duferco = dilution. $6.5 million now at this low share price and a further $11.5 when it suits Duferco next year?

more debt ... convertible loan note -

it does not seem to be 'death spiral financing'

But 10% yearly coupon - compounded at the end of each year ... yikes - expensive

Mo: I still want to work for you. Can you have a look at my CV again? I feel we could be a good team. We have such good banter on here and we can read each other’s mind. We’d have to agree to disagree about BMN. Maybe limit our chats to the pub after a hard days work.

Now, now Mo. Calm yourself down. I’m only expressing an opinion on the company I’m invested in. I can tell from your reply that your patience with Fortune is being really tested and the ever dropping share price There’s no need to take your frustrations out on me. I’m not in a position to impact progress. That’s Fortune’s job, but let’s face it we are close to 2 years of a downward spiral and he has done nothing to arrest it.

More than 75% of value lost as a result of his incompetence.

"I’m fully expecting them to be dire"

Who would have thought that based on your posting history nvhltd? Ah! Everybody!

I’m fully expecting them to be dire. That’s dire in comparison to previous years. The first half has been impacted by Covid, weak demand, poor sales (Vanchem), maintenance shutdowns, global recession and low vanadium prices.

We’re closing out on Q3 and there’s no sign that Q4 is going to be much better. Granted the vanadium price has strengthened somewhat, but increased sales to China are only offsetting weak demand from the rest of the world. The import tariffs mean revenues from sales to China don’t carry much of a premium.

I’d be pleasantly surprised if we have made a profit and that’s not just at the operational level like Mo likes to use to make it sound like we’re making a $1 million per week.

Doubt they'll be poor, unless fortune has been spending on get quick rich schemes that we don't yet know about. Not expecting tgem to be great either but flat and boring I think will be the result.

EEE waiting on some news to come through. What price do you put on a 300 hectare licence area, with possible 2.5km strike, historic grades in GGP territory but NEAR SURFACE, and Barrick, Newmont, Saracen all operators around us. People will click but might be too late.

How much of a different company this might have looked liked if Fortune hadn't have punted the V windfall cash.
